One of the great songs in rock since it first hit the airwaves. '95 version with Lisa Fischer is the best video performance I've seen, the whole band never better. But for these guys to still be rockin' at 80? Fanflippintastic!
The Stones have always had the BEST female backing singers.. Chanel is wonderful... really puts everything into her performance....and is a great foil for Mick!
Excellent song 🎵, it's telling the history of world events and it's still happening today 🎉🎉. Mick, you are the most bad ass frontman ever 🎉🎉. Keith you and Ronnie are just one of a kind🎉🎉
@@KeefRiffshard dude, I was just joking though I love both Beatles and Stones. Keef is my all time favorite rocker and I hope he lives another 10 years. By the way, seen the Stones in Cleveland in 75 and Pontiac Mich. In 1995 ( lf I cann remember right year) anyways, as they say, The Greatest RNR Band ever!
One of the great Stones' songs. One of the many great Stones' songs. I grew up with the Stones. I feel sorry for today's teenagers who will grow old with ... what?
I am surprised Mick remembered where he left the Mic. If that were me when I got to the stand and it wasn't there that would have triggered a senior moment and I would have started yelling at everyone "WHO MOVED THE MIC!". Come to think of it Mick probably had someone in his ear telling him where he left it.
I ran 4 miles yesterday in Tokyo after a 13hr flight. I don’t think I will be able to walk normally again for at least a week . I’m 30 years younger than Mick. I don’t get it 😂😂
I think besides his Dad being a PE teacher instilling in him the importance of exercising, it's probably also genetic. Plus l don't think everyone does exercise consistently unless they really want to. Mick said he thought if he wants to do this for a long time he's got to stay fit. That was in part, l think to do with a few other things, if you know what l mean.
Jagger does way more than a four mile run. He runs 8 mi!es every day, swims, cycles does yoga and various other things. He works his skinny ass off to stay in shape.
The emperor has no clothes.....and I love them. Seen them 6 times starting in 1981. Love mick and keith....this song is a masterpiece but truly..... the emperor has no clothes.
Een der beter uitvoering. Kort.
I have to say, after seeing the Stones perform this song for so many years, that this rings hollow. I love Keith, but this rendition is a shadow, at best, of the way they've played it in the past. Just my layman's opinion. I'm sure I'll be crucified for saying this, but the Boys are fading. I'm glad Keith got sober and finally kicked cigarettes.
Love how Mick forgot where his mic was. Its these little quirks that make them a great live band and he and the brilliant backing singers are all singing live, Haynes is incredible, no autotune, no backing tapes, no lying assed bullshit like Kiss and all those other faker douchebags.
The female singer is awful, ive heared cats fighting sound better. Overall a part from Mick, the song was awful. Times like this you see why Jagger is the greatest front man. He carried this song.
@@stone4173 Yeah, I’ve seen them live five times, and they’re not the same without Charlie Watts. I’m pretty sure this will be their last tour. So, there was no way I wasn’t going to be there for it. I will say, one of the highlights of the show was the new song: Sweet Sound Haven. She sang it so much better than Gaga. It was like hearing Tina Turner sing it. ✌️
Thanks you just saved me hundreds of dollars on tickets 😂 Only 3 members of the original group left 😢 I think the sponsors of this tour are depends and Metamucil 😂😂
@@craighawkins3137 agreed, which for me just makes it even sadder to see them. Personally I have absolutely nothing against any of them, but the performance is sort of sad to see them hanging on to the past. Retire and leave us with all the good memories 👍✌️☮️
