As said before, on my previous upload, I'm now a periodical uploader, since I have many stuff to do now, I'm growing up! LOL
Alright, but let's do this, Oslo, August 7th 1990, Steel Wheels/Urban Jungle tour, the last great Stones tour, IMO
Despite every upload I ever did of this tour sounded awesome and thrilling, this one is a bit, may I say, dare I say, dull! (The bomb has been dropped); For a large portion of the show Mick sounds uninspired and tired and the crowd too does not help by barely clapping and barely shouting, the exact opposite of the Japan crowds they performed to on the same tour; This is an audience recording and despite that we can not hear many shouts of delirium, only some conversations by the guys who were by the recorder and their singing on You Can't Always Get What You Want, they do alright! hahaha
But allow me to revert that situation; For a large part of the show, Mick is sloppy and tired, but, it's only a part! Despite the crowd's small participation he improves and the show's vibe starts to improve too from Honky Tonk Women onward. The rest of the band being on fire helps with that too and great redemptions of Paint It Black, 2000 Light Years from Home (Awesome solos) and Gimme Shelter are delivered, not to mention Almost Hear You Sigh, which sounded brilliant on every show of this tour. Enjoy!
