At 61, my biggest surprise has been that my great-nephews want my old albums. The twins want my Doors, and their little brother wants my Rolling Stones. They got box sets for Christmas and loved it. They aren't stupid. They're tuning out of the crap, turning it off, and turning on to great music. Their parents aren't stupid either. I'm proud of them. We raised them right.

Not only is this the raunchiest groove, it's also funny as flip. The Stones always had the wickedest sense of humour and were not shy to self-deprecate, or self-lubricate for that matter. Miss you Charlie. A touch so subtle yet so refined. The best possible drummer The Stones could ever have had. A gentleman in every sense of the word. R.I.P.

I've just discovered that drummer Charlie Watts has died today, aged 80. It is sad loss for the group, the second original member of the group to die (after Brian Jones in 1969. I am sorry if I've got that wrong). RIP, Charlie. You will be missed.

Don't forget Ian Stewart (1938 - 1985) , keyboardist and co-founder of the Rolling Stones, removed from the line-up in 1963 at the request of manager Andrew Loog Oldham who felt "Stu" did not fit the band's wild image ... although he fitted their music and kept on playing with them on most of their albums until his death.

What a brilliant performer Jagger is , amazing really... no wonder he can't give it all up & 'retire' like normal people! Remember that the Stones were mid 30's here & had been written off as 'past it ' by 1978 ,by some !! Keep on Rolling guys ....

I remember watching this video on the floor of my living room wearing 1 pc pajamas w/feet. I was maybe 6 years old. And I remember being a mix of creeped out, peacefully amused and totally hypnotized watching Mick. I couldn't remember the song's name. I quizzed my Dad for 30 minutes trying to get the title. I watch this @ least a few times annually to recapture the moment. Great song.

Dave Chapelle he was definitely Influenced but I don't think he was a thief..the black folks praised him for bringing their music back in the main stream like muddy and howlin wolf, hell Micks voice was mostly influence by Don covay, Mick bought him a handicapped van and paid for his funeral same with Hubert sumlin..stones were very appreciative

I became a Stones Fan in 1964, and have been one every since. I have worn every album out at least 5 times. I just listened to this again, and it was like the first time I ever heard it. The Stones are the Greatest Band Of All Time, in any style of music. The day they give it up will be the end of Rock & Roll, the real day the music died.
