It's about breaking point, the point the mind has a psychotic break and lose all sense of reality. It's about which method works best and is fastest. It's about how to weaponize and utilize what they have learned on all the people in a room, in a building, in a village, a town, city etc. It's about how to induce psychosis en masse as a weapon.

I think the truth usually comes out sooner or later- it's sad that those ppl suffered without justice. But I think justice is finally served maybe not the way it should had been but at least people are aware now so that hopefully cruel and unusual punishment will stop, people will learn to get along and work together instead of divided.

The European court of human rights decided to not overturn the decision, and took the stance that these methods are not classified as torture. I wonder how these "Judges" would vote if these tactics we're used on them, their parents, or their children. How would they vote if it was a requirement that they undergo what the actual people had gone through in order for them to be able to claim that it doesn't qualify as torture? There's a saying that seems to apply a lot these days. It only hurts when it's YOUR a$$.

These practices are used in a more utilitarian way when it comes to training new soldiers for any military. Food and sleep deprivation, forced repetition of tasks and phrases, excessive exercise to the point of muscle failure and vomiting, cutting all contact from the outside world and loved ones etc.

When I watch this type of materials I used to try to figure out whether they are telling the truth. I cannot check it. So. Either this information is true, in which case revealing it is, in itself, a form of psychological terror (because an ordinary citizen has no means of protecting him/herself against it), or This is not true, in which case I am either paranoid or somebody is taking the piss. Whichever way, living in this world is a thoroughly horrid experience.

My sister wants to get into psychology and I'll be honest, there's such a difference between what's like 'commericial' because I agree kind of little with what she says lol, commercial stuff is just nice fluff.
