Hahah that’s funny, I mainly watch YT when laid in bed I’m always too busy in the daytime, but always end up watching these videos so actually thought same thing a while back too, so soft voice )

2:01 Really interesting that the Quick release is the QR2 by fanatec, 2 years before annoucnement and 3 (probably) before release. goes to show they have been working on it for a while

Indeed. Unsurprisingly there are some similarities and shared parts. But the complexity of the Audi wheel certainly makes it a more challenging project!

Chris Haye sharing parts doesn’t take anything away from their product imo. Although I don’t have the budget or time to get into sim racing, it’s been enjoyable to see how far it has come. Great vid as always.

I just bought a wheel from this master craftsman (Jakub) and he is extremely kind. I wont disclose the price of my wheel as it was a custom but honestly it was very affordable considering how many weeks he spends on these things. I highly recommend Rosso Sim Racing for any GT3 style wheels. I know I will be picking up every wheel he releases.

Been on the fence with an Audi, Lambo or Merc GT3 rim for a while. This made me more indecisive 😆

Audi and lambo are almost the same Merc and Ferrari are better if you also play some kind of formula car Bmw M6 gt3 is the ugliest piece of **** ever seen ahah Porsche is my favourite because it is also good for rally

Interesting. It’s a very nice wheel so I went to see their website to get more info on price and I was very disappointed with their website. It’s really bad. Not even complete. Hopefully they’ll update their website because I’m sure they’d sell lots of these wheels. Thank you for sharing though!

Yeah, I think there's a bit of work to be done on the sales and marketing side of the business for sure! Jakub is really focussed on creating the wheels :D

it is a one-man Company. So if you want one, you have to contact him personally by facebook messenger. if there would be a shop, he could not deliver all the orders. so he has to slow it down a bit

Hello People, with the new consoles coming out, I am getting into sim racing. However, I do not know which to go with. Should I go with the Thrustmaster TMX Pro, or the G920? Or possibly the TX. I am a casual gamer, plays games for fun, not a serious racer, remember getting into it, no experience too.

Why did you test the wheel on the OSW instead of the Podium DD1?

Good question! When Jakub arranged to send the wheel, the DD1 was still getting ready to be shipped, so I wasn't sure if it would arrive in time. So, he sent me the fittings to suit the OSW, rather than the DD1. That did mean I had to put the OSW back on the rig a few days after swapping it over for the DD1 though! It's a hard life ;)

Rosso Simracings wheels look amazing, but there are two things I cannot really get over: a) One of my wheels had the shifter paddles similarly far back although with a longer travel and it made driving really uncomfortable for me. b) (Unless Jakob has the rights of course) I cannot really get over the fact that such wheels are based on violations of trademark. I have heard from simracing developers that people selling mods of cars with real name, make and model hurts the devs a lot for licensing negotiations, so if people start producing wheels like this it might have similar effects.
