I recently switched over a router for the same process. Before that I used a band saw. Router is safer and neater.

So Jeff what degree slope router bit are you using in the vidio ?

Jeff I do stuff like you and Pat are doing all the time, but for some reason it terrifies me to watch other people do it. Great videos as always.
