I've always seen the Teen Titans show working better as a continuation of "The Batman" animated show, than the DCAU shows, which many people seem to prefer as their headcanon. The Teen Titans voice actors being in the DCAU as different characters kinda helps the case for my headcanon. Tonally, and stylistically, Teen Titans fits The Batman better. Even comparing both versions of Robin, it works better than the DCAU Dick Grayson Robin.

The Royal Flush Gang tend to be a group of petty criminals who obtain their powers, weapons, etc from a more powerful benefactor. It makes sense for one iteration to be a group of punk kids.

@@OpinionParade U don't know the episode I've seen that from They were kept in a science lab when they were very young and raised as lab rats And joker did set them free but only to use them and later kill them once he gets what he wanted out of them Only this time it was 10 times worse

@@Lover-of-Creative-Priorities yeah, what about that contradicts what I said? They got their powers from a powerful benefactor, and became petty criminals under the Joker's command; where he pitted them against the Justice League, which they weren't ready for. Not every version of the group is the same, but they tend to have some key similarities in their background.

@@Lover-of-Creative-Priorities well, not in Justice League Unlimited, where most of the team merely get their powers from Ace's reality warping abilities, and were petty criminals before that.
