I remember one MC from DIVE podcast once said, "being celebirty is hard, when someday you have a bad mood and accidentally unleash in public...the public will become your enemies"
Well yea, especially if your career continuity is depend by reputation. The kpop idols and South Korean celebrities, as hallyu wave, basically South Korean representation to the world. Before the era of hallyu wave (kpop n kdrama) I don't even know anything about Korea
Having a “bad day” is not an excuse to treat people horribly or be rude to them. I’ve had my fair share of bad days but I’ve never lashed out on some random person in front of me. Unfortunately some people lack self control and think it’s okay or justifiable to do that.
After irene fought with that stylist , their outfits became more fancier , and i saw ppl saying irene fight the stylist because she was given them uncomfortable and embarrassing outfits
But wasn't that stylist a temporary one? It's been some years since Irene made a mistake and she's forgiven now but it's bad that some fans can't grasp that. Just accept it and move on without blaming the stylist. No one is after Irene anymore anyways
@@kth2467 wtf I'm a reveluv and your whole 1st half points are untrue. That stylist isn't someone who styles idols for performances for them to be uncomfortable to dance in the 1st place! That stylist styles for editorials shoots not dance performances. Nobody disclosed the real reason for Irene getting angry. I'm sure Irene didn't get angry for no reason. But you shouldn't spread lies about stylist that "they kept on asking sensitive question about Wendy" like dude not a single person has said that stylist asked her that. Irene apologised her "after" the post not before. Either way Irene apologised and stylist forgave her. But she faced alot of lashing and drawbacks in her endorsement activities and it's been a while since that. We should stop speculating this event further more. Both were in wrong but Irene got the heat because she's popular.
just to clear things up, after this alleged staff member wrote that Pann article about The Boyz being rude, a bunch of other staff members came out to defend them and they always get praised by staff for being polite and nice people, so don’t believe this one rumor
People did the same for Irene. I don't doubt or put it past anyone, famous or otherwise. People are really good at hiding their true selves, especially when they know they're being filmed
Let’s not pretend like people don’t treat other people differently either. I certainly don’t treat some random coworker the same as my best friend. Not to mention it depends on what the “rudeness” actually was vs how it was perceived. Someone could be tired and short with their answers which could be perceived as rude but in actuality, may not have been rude at all.
This is what Knets and other fans should focus on, this kind of issues. Not dating scandals, Not over criticism for someone who had done nothing worse than these.
@@yasminchan7425 right i have always seen such things. Inetz are thinking they were angels 🙄🤌🏻 in some cases inetz are toxic like hell than Knetz. Eg:- Wonyoung bowing controversy. Even Knetz are ok with that but inetz are literally bashing, criticizing, hating Wonyoung for not bowing.

I don't completely disagree with him, in order to be an idol you have to be attractive but he shouldn't have said these rude words because he should give a good image to the public.
Looks can be deceiving...Just because there an idol or celebrity doesn't mean they're nice/ good person in real life since they are trying to sell a persona at the end of the day. Idk why people struggle to understand that but that's reality.
We'll never know who's truly a good person and who's not lol. You would think a lot of these idols came from good loving families, with parents who raised them with morals and values.
You mean why do people almost instantly think every “adorable & cute” asian person is sweet forgetting that we are real people.. i swear to god kpop fans cannot believe that their asian fave can be mean spirited/nay
@@juno2680 Companies know what they're doing. Idols learn how to be cute and charming and all that during their trainee years. Agree with you! No one knows until the people who have worked with the artists for years-exposed them… And I believe the employees than the employe, to be honest…
tbf, the guy was famous for his looks when he was younger and even at 44 he looked 10-15 years younger. he's a proper douchebag for sure, but your comment is incorrect as hell
His looks is completely irrelevant and he is entitled to his opinion. If some handsome guy or a beautiful girl are calling other people ugly only a few will give a $hit.
It costs nothing to be nice to people. If you are in a business where your livelihood depends on their fans and interactions with the public, then you need to make an effort to be kind or choose another profession. It is not necessary to constantly be friendly, some are introverted or having a bad day, but you do not have to be rude.
Idols need to know that without the fans they won't even be where they are honestly. Any idol being rude to fans is unexcusable..doesn't matter if they had a bad day or have mood swings.
@@tubby_1278dols dont belong to us we don’t make them their the ones who work the butts off and as a reward we support them they get theirselves were they are but we help them and having bad days can be tough im not saying they are allowed to be rude but life can be tough u know their not always going to be nice and happy which we need to understand but they can’t also treat us like crap

I'm a big fan of BEAST and I still vividly remember that mocking from that rude girl, even her apology sounded and looked like a mocking. I never like her to begin with and she proved that i wasn't wrong.
I'm not a fan of BEAST at all, used to be when they first came out, but then I saw some ACTUAL clips of them trying to make fun of black people and one of the members dressed in extreme blackface and was told to "eat a watermelon like a black person" (by the way, I don't support any of the comedians from that show anymore either). And also one of the members talked about the supposed size of a black person's nostrils on a seperate occasion. Very unsavory and immature behavior. I don't care about them at all.
@@buttarain27 oh wow, I followed them from 2011ish to 2015 and never noticed. Can you be more specific? (just curious) If that is true, I really hope they're more educated and less ignorant now to participate in such disgraceful skits making fun of other races. Those comedians always were annoying and distasteful to me -.- glad, thanks to international fans and the media, the political climate changed now
Regarding the Irene situation, I can definitely see where Irene acted out of line. But she had also (not defending her) stated the stylist never listened to her wardrobe complaints and took them seriously when she said she and her members were having a lot of wardrobe malfunctions on stage.
The Boyz ex staff are all rejoining IST recently. They were let go last time due to merger. If they are really rude, do you think these staff want to go back to 'suffer' 😂
It's obvious that the guy from Sechkies is just jealous of idols younger, more famous and more talented than him. His former fame got into his head, because in his day there was not that much competition to begin with, so the worship got into his head. And tvxq was amazing because they were incredibly talented and hardworking, not because of their faces. Yoochun was litterally called a Chunface because of all the ugly/funny faces he could make
this may sound biased but posting something that isn’t confirmed is quite unfair for the artists bc something like this could cause a negative impression on fans who would want to be part of the fandom. i have never heard of the boyz being rude to their staff, in fact, they treat them so well. i’ve been following the boyz since 2020 and saw how they rose to fame. but at the end of the day, as fans, we never know what really happens behind cameras. i just think that this content is so unnecessary. there are more things/topics you can talk about rather than creating false or unconfirmed issues based on photos that are circulated by antis..
Don't you know this channel often misinform and likes to stir the calm water for views? I don't know anything about the allegations, i don't watch this video but fact is ppl should know the truth on this channel.
I love that this is thought out and calmly phrased, and not some argumentitive tirade to support your bias. And yes, I agree 100% . Sort of related, but heaps of ARMYs threw massive shade at NCTzens (yeah, I know it goes both ways, NCTzens can be insane also) for things the actual members had absolutely no fault in. I also happen to like BTS, and just think fan wars are so freaking stupid. No wonder some people look down on kpop, it's probably the fans' fault at this point.
Don't try to call him rude by insulting him with the exact same arguments! He isn't ugly and the other idols aren't ugly. He is rude and a very insecure person though and needs to be called out for this.
@@bansheeeierkuchenkiller didn’t even call him rude lmao + being insecure is not an excuse to insult other people and I just said he’s a living Scarejump never said anything else he said to insult the other idols and the difference is that he’s insulting his colleagues which is worse than me insulting him on the internet where he will probably not see but I’m 100% sure the idols he insulted saw that video

Insulting people to make them stop insulting is hypocracy. Live what you preach!
honestly this is the first time i'm hearing someone said TheBoyz is rude, i always hear that Juyeon is the sweetest and gentleman but i never hear anyone saying TheBoyz is rude especially 10/11 members like it's crazy! they're very sweet, they don't have to be sweet at all times i mean we would always have rude moments in our life time, we're human being it's pretty normal. idols can't put up a sweet act all the time i mean i bet the staff is rude too look she's cursing the members isn't rude too? Fans always say idols are human being too but when idols act like one they're mad? like bro- wtf
Ikr...like ik I'm a defending them coz I'm a huge fan but then again not everyone is perfect...they're allowed to feel angry and annoyed its human emotions, I've been a long term deobi and TBZ are rlly nice and sweet ♡ Edit: let me add more, yes ik the staff shouldnt be treated badly because they work hard for the idol, but looking back tbz was nothing but nice to them, especially when they were under Cre.Ker...they wrote the staff letters, treated them with food, were always grateful for whenever the staff treated them...but then again this is on camera we dont rlly know how they are as ppl in general off camera ik that, but honestly I wouldt define it as them being rude...I mean sometimes they are a bit sassy but it doesnt mean they're rude, sure they've maybe seem rude at some point but why focus on that one time? Move on and hope they realize their wrong doing unless they continuously do wrong and are rude then that's a problem...
Girl you can’t just defend the idols because you like them and only see their good sides. The staff care and work hard for idols, and what do they get? To be treated like trash? No, I don’t think so. Idols are human and can have their bad moments, but the staff said they are normally like that. You should also not assume how you think they are because you do not really know.
@Sofia Pat she didn't defend them🙄🙄🙄🙄 she simply said she doesn't expect them to be rude but this information is odd for 10/11 peaple to be that way.....
Who said they were nice people? Eric mocked black people while Haknyeon got into a fight with the other Produce 101 contestants because they didn't choose him to be the center in a performance and denied to practice with them because of that.
I’m not even a The Boyz stan but their accusations are literally based on ‘random rumors’ from a twitter account... I’m sorry, but that’s not concrete evidence to support the idea that literally ALL of them besides Juyeon are rude... come on. As well as the ‘staff one carrying some bags for them’ we don’t know the context as to why it happened but also, why is it even a big deal, to say they are mistreating their staff because of some shopping bags is kinda CRAZY. Sometimes I forget how forced kpop accusations are LOL
Sometimes there is a reason to argue or get angry, that make you a bad person. Staff can be disrespectful and stuff as well like not doing their jobs properly on purpose or something.
For the Irene story, I saw somewhere that the said stylist kept giving Irene and the group outfits they weren’t comfortable with to perform and that’s why she lashed out. Anyways I’m not sure if this is real but it’s been three years and most people have forgiven Irene already
The Boyz is rude?? Very funny haha :))) Have you ever read stories about Sangyeon, Jacob being nice to other people??? Have you ever read one article that said the reason why The Boyz is not very popular internationally is because they're all too nice and not naughty enough to be famous to international fans =))) The Boyz is rude is definitely the most ridiculous story I've ever heard in my whole life
Irene's relevance/popularity has gotten huge dropped after the scandal (at least in Korea)l. Used to be called CF queen but now she still haven't had a single CF/endorsement gig in nearly 2 years after her controversy.
There's no reason to use Irene anymore for CF anyway as many 4th gen GGs already made it big. Nj, ive, le sserafim, gidle. A lot of upcoming cf queens to choose. Tho that scandal ofc is one of the big factors, the shift in gg generation also plays a role.
Irene's "scandal" was an isolated incident where a stylist posted a one sided statement on instagram. It doesn't matter if you're a fan of Irene or not, it's not fair to make a judgement on her character when her side of the incident was never released. For all we know the stylist could be in the wrong. After all this was the first and only time she worked with Irene.
@@finnlinnsone I don't think the op or me said something about Irene's character or judged her. We simply stated the fact that there was a scandal/controversy about Irene, so this n that happened due to the scandal. Dunno about the op, but I never judge Irene, n it didn't cross to me that op also judged Irene had bad behaviour from his/her statement.
The way everyone who works with the boyz has nothing but good words to say about them and continuously bring them up as one of the few 4th gen groups who are actually nice and well mannered towards staffs yet you still choose to put them on this video because of an anonymous tweet probably coming from a juyeon akgae is INSANE, more so because after that multiple staffs came out and said that situation is probably not real at all and does not match the individuals they worked with.
As long as you know TheBoyz staff have said several times that the members are all very good they never look at discriminating even often treat the staff with food/drinks, the staff also often tell me that all the members are very friendly and polite, even recently when they finished a concert , their back dancers were touched because theboyz members guided the back dancers well, gave them enthusiasm and good lessons. You know when they had a concert in my country, the staff from our place said they were very friendly and very polite, even the translator said during the fancon, he thought after asking for a photo with the boyz he would not meet again but soon TheBoyz returned to the translator by giving her the album and saying we should meet again tomorrow at the concert. so it can be concluded that only shirk people make negative rumors about them
At 8:32 when the staff was seen carrying the boyz shopping bags and all does the person recording know that the staff was made to carry they're bags? they could have asked to carry them to be polite and the members, again to be polite could've agreed, No?
i mean the guy trash talking his fan isnt wrong ... imagine always having to act ''cute'' just to not break the illusion these thirsty teenagers have of you is creepy af.
No but if someone is rude to someone in normal life (not idol life), people don't make it their mission to punish other people for years on end afterwards. Even if the "proof" is very onesided
I honestly don’t believe the one about The Boyz. Thry truly seem genuine and honest how do you know if the staff member voluntarily took the bags from the members or that split second she had the bags someone took the picture making it seem like they were being rude.I truly believe some of these incidents are misunderstandings. Idols are humans and have bad days
for the boyz, they are very nice to their staff, the boyz and haven’t had any bad things said about them from any other staff member except a silly anonymous article, after the article came out their staff defended them and debunked the rumors, this seems to be a very unnecessary topic because lots of these artist are being accused of being rude bc of dumb rumors that can ruin an artists reputation undeservingly, make content about actual facts
This is exactly why fans need to chill out, no idol is the same nor do they stay young and innocent if they ever started out that way. They are humans but they are put on a huge platform and when you praise them like gods they can definitely end up acting like this and to make it worse y’all will actually defend them even thought you were never there to see what actually happened. You guys need to touch grass!!!!
I like this channel but after going through the comments, im really disappointed that idols were included just on the basis of rumours. One rumour can destroy the lives of these idols who have worked hard to be where they are, especially coming from a small company because they are treated horrendously. The Boyz members started from a zero and its heartbreaking to see their initial struggles. I wonder why we only see it once that idol is no longer there, dead and gone. Shame on that Twitter page that spread those rumours (that were falsified by all the staff members AND these staff members also rejoined the company with the boyz) and also shame on this channel for making a video out of a rumour that is baseless as a Twitter post.
Sung Hoon had a point when he said TVXQ was good looking. Each member was exceptionally handsome with no plastic surgery and vocally talented. But was it necessary to trash other idols? 😂 Even if he believes it, that’s just dumb to cancel yourself on live stream 💀 Sung Hoon was definitely the visual of Sechskies so I get why he’s superficial but yeah… sucks he’s rude like that. He was my fave member :(
Well, some idols are actually rude or mean ,fans we cant know bse majority there given a certain character or personality to present on stage ,or are so entitled until we can see the mask off...some idols are also genuinely humble and nice peaple but others are straight up rude
"....this looks like a foreign department store and such actions would not be tolerated at a Korean department store..."...lol...that's definitely a projection. It would more than likely happen at a Korean department store because service industry workers are ALWAYS supposed to cater to customers, ESPECIALLY if they are a famous celebrity. I very, very much doubt that someone would just walk up to them and say, "hey, you are so rude, making her carry your shopping bags"...(and not just run their mouths behind a keyboard after the fact) ...lol. Please, I want to see someone do that, someone please upload video!
Honestly, people take this too seriously. It's bad to be rude but an idol being rude isn't any worse than a normal person being rude, and we all have had our days. If everyone lost all of the support and love they got from those they love because they said something rude, we'd all have nothing.
Bro, what? When normal people are being rude, no one wants to associate with them. Why should it be any different for idols? If you are a decent person, you apologize and show remorse. Unfortunately in the real world, actions have consequences and a person’s perceived social status doesn’t exempt them from such consequences.
@@siohunndai the difference is we are regular ppl they’re idols that have an image to maintain especially cus their whole career depends on their reputation

Kang Sumghoon really thought he did something, he's shaped like an avocado and has the audacity to say idols since TVXQ are ugly. Funny how I never heard anyone say he was good looking, Ig he's been looking in the mirror for so long he's seeing his reflection on every person he looks at
I still don't believe the Irene scandal. Someone who has poor character leaks it more than just once randomly. The only character shown of her even when she's not fully aware she's being recorded is gentle and kind to everyone around her. She has even pulled staff from behind the camera to FEED them before herself. All the members of Red Velvet are kind, but Irene literally goes out of her way to get gifts and extra goodies for their staff and backup dancers. I want more legit proof than ONE staff member saying something happened and everyone just believing them. I don't trust sm to backup RV in anything, and it's super easy for anyone to act out of jealousy when someone appears to "have it all" like Irene appears to.
Did you watch the video? Multiple staff members liked that post. Don’t worry, I get you like Irene and it’s hard to believe idols can be rude sometimes since they always put on that perfect act.
@@Lizardlarry2000 to be fair, the video also missed the fact that a lot of staffs supported Irene at that time. Like a previous comment, we have no idea about Irene’s side. Idols are still just human, and are flawed like everybody else. They have good days and bad days. I think this should be taken down because, honestly you don't know what's true. Some of this stuff could be or not be true. It's not okay to paint Idols in a bad light when they already get enough hate as it is. People claim to be someone left and right to take down an Idol and it's not okay to back them up on this.
Irene was actually in something again. I think it was March 2022. Her, joy and Yeri I believe, were accused of being rude to airport staff. And I think there was a 3rd time How her and the female staff met up to handle things privately is how THINGS SHOULD BE. Idols need to stop making public apologizes to fans and meet up with and talk with the accusers in private and handle things that way. Stans need to know, THIS IS NOT ABOUT THEM

All this is BTS (Behind The Scenes) situations. I'm sure there are more... but hasn't been spoken of for reasons only they or the company knows of. Maybe they signed a contract which they aren't to speak of any wrong doing from the idols or they would lose their job. You never know who else is just as rude or bullying someone bts. I feel like this list isn’t complete without the one and only Ryu Hwayoung aka. Hwasnake or snake. She used to be in T-ara and was the reason why the bullying scandal happened (so if you don’t know T-ara, thank her bc they used to be REALLY popular before the scandal) A staff member came out and said that she was often rude to staff, calling her hairstylists “shampoo” because they do her hair. I’m surprised she’s not in this video and even more surprised that no one mentioned her in the comments
