Rui shot 47% from 3 in the Playoffs, was an elite secondary rim protector and even guarded Jokic with success, but for some reason Ham tought Taurean Prince was a better option … If Rui was a starter since the beginning of the season the Lakers would probably be a Top 4 seed right now.
A lot of half Asian athletes don't get enough attention just because they were taught to be more well mannered and not talk so much. Ham probably thought of that as "I dont think he understood what I said" stupid Ham
call me crazy....but rui is Lebron light. If he is playing well offensively, you wont be able to stop the lakers. BUT the lakers interior defense is their weakness. They also cannot stop the other top teams thus far.
Cam was bad. I actually like Christian Wood when he had more playing time. He was very consistent. When Ham put him in the bench and had Cam and TP play as a starter, that was when his frustration set in. He wasn't the same after.
