The Ruinous Powers Upgrade - Improving the Precon Commander Deck with $100 

I actually went “YES” out loud when I saw Be’lakor in the thumbnail bc that’s the deck I decided to build as well. Looking forward to listening to the changes on my way to campus, keep it up fellas 👍

I will say that be lekor probably would have benefitted more from the 300 dollar upgrade, considering how insanely expensive most of the good demons are. That being said, I still appreciate a more budget take.

I went full demons with a bunch of ramp. A few devil and teiflings for thier effects.

I went from base to a $300 version then split I and made the $100 they're just too fun, I love Quicksilver amulet 😅, makes it really cheap if someone takes out your cost reducers

As a primarily blue player I felt physically nauseous seeing a deck w/ blue but zero counter spells but beyond that, I like what y’all did. Personally, I removed almost all the cast from exile effects to cram in more and more demon stuff. Liliana’s contract is a very funny wincon when you have 25+ demons. That said I’m not limited by budget bc my pod is online, so my deck is $600+ As for astartes: if you’re British, it’s a-star-Tees. If you’re American the T is softer. Think like a Brit vs American saying “traitor”. Most people just call em space marines though.

Can’t wait for this deck, I would recommend immersturm raider though for the deck, a two drop demon that lets you slightly refresh your hand? Also only 25p? Yes

Oh man, Lucius the Eternal is such an awesome design and is really thematic with his lore in 40K. So Lucius is a Chaos Space Marine who's legion worships Slanneshz yhe Chaos God of Excess. Lucius is one of the greatest duelists in the galaxy, and seeks perfection in combat. However, one day he was eventually slain. The winner fell victim to Slannesh's curse. Any time Lucius is killed, if his opponent takes even a smidgen of pride in his victory, their body eventually becomes that of Lucius, and their soul is trapped in the armor, thus the Armor of Screaming Souls.

I played this out of the box and got literally every card you mentioned to be removed and could never do a damn thing haha

Rakdos the Defiler just reads wait until you attack then instant speed remove it to make the demon player lose half their lands

The lost and the dammed is useless without fetchlands. To keep it you need to add fetchlands and more ramp.

Black Market Connections is the best demon for Belakor lol
