It sucks to hear they were told they didn't do enough when tav and toya were popular danced n did rehearsals everyday and could sing they held things down when it came to harmonies even in i can't help myself the song matthew held back from being released they could sing lead but it just showed unfairness.

I loved DC back then and it was devastating when TRL showed the Say my Name video without Letoya and LaTavia. It's the way it was done that was so SKETCHY. Beyonce must have been trained very well because in interviews she looked like she didn't give a damn and then to add insult Survivor song came out right after and everyone knew it was about the two girls no matter what they said. I also think its weird it took to 2023 for Beyonce to ever really acknowledge them and take pictures with them. I believe God blessed all of them in their own way.

I remember what happened to this group and Letoya nor Latavia were kicked out of DC. Letoya and Latavia were tired of Beyonce's parents. They were tired of being forced to tan to look darker than Beyonce (Tina Knowles forced them into the tanning booth), and they were tired of going through a bunch of crap financially just to be left behind purposely because of Matthew Knowles. Letoya and Latavia willingly left the group and I don't blame them.
