How can a business owner be overtly successful but you can not compensate your workers accordingly. That’s why I can’t work for anybody in the informal sector. There must be a contract with benefits even performance bonus.

So Much to Cover- I was waiting for one of my favs to cover this- You or Neze 1) This story disturbed my WHOLE SPIRIT- the wickedness of man never ceases to amaze me If these allegations are true (which I tend to believe) this Mark Fallen Angel of a guy no be betta person at all. It takes another level of evil to take advantage of an orphan! Denilson was from a poor background, and lived in their home as a help. He had NO VOICE to speak out, otherwise he would be labeled ungrateful. Same way he took advantage of Emmanuella's background and AGE. 2) I've never watched those videos even once but merely looking at Mark's face, it has a bad aura, (God forgive me oohh but that his eyes alone, if you know, you know). 3) This life on earth is temporary. The end can NEVER justify the means. Be mindful of the path you choose, there's no way you can be evil to others, and it wont be returned to you or worse your children. 4) If Denilson knows that Mark alledgedly is a "powerful man", he needs to cut every contact with him and not collect another kobo from him. These type of people can go any length if you know what I mean. Collecting from him is dangerous. 5) Practically, we lack confidence in our own ideas. If you knew the power of your thoughts, ideas, you would protect it! There is no such thing as friends, family, when it comes to business. Contracts protects all parties. I have so many more thoughts, but I will stop here.

Mark has always given off 'wicked vibes' to me. I thought I was the only one who didn't like that voice thing he always did. The guy is mean sha. How can you be ripping off the people that work with you in this manner? This is nothing short of diabolical. 20k 100k 200k out of the millions he was making.
