I'm glad I haven't been getting the comment notifications for this. I already get enough comments begging me to make games I clearly don't want to make. Still, it's really refreshing to see the lights in the darkness, the people who respect that I have a life and that I'm my own person rather than everyone else's slave. It's really nice. Can I just say, it is INSANE coming back to this after ONAF 3 and seeing what actually made it into the game from these original concepts, and how they played a part in the third game's mechanics. Things like the whole game changing to JUST Flumpty for night 5 becoming "Flumpty's Night" and within it, Flumpty Killing every other character and replacing them with alternates of himself, some which add new mechanics and remove others, as well as Golden Flumpty being one of those that OG Flumpty Kills. The Beaver & The Owl end up both returning but as a Frankenstein-esque monster known as the "Beavowl" The Visual for that loose-skinned Flumpty making it in as one of the many Flumpties in the previously mentioned "Flumpty's Night" The Rooms Swapping Places in-game, that actually happens but with only two additional Rooms that only appear in Flumpty's Night. The Image of Flumpty Flyng away making it as an ending to hard-Boiled mode, as a sort of Send-off to the malevolent deity that is Flumpty himself. You survived even the harshest torment he could offer and in escaping yourself, you set HIM free too. and he'll miss you. There's probably a lot more that I'm forgetting but these stood out to me.

Those rooms look so good. They look like 3D models.

7:33 I just realized, is the same sprite that is used for ONAF 3, when Flumpty is about to come in your office at the middle door. A nice little recycle. He also recycled the idea of the map being all crazy on night 5, or in the case of ONAF 3, Flumpty’s night, even bringing back the idea of rooms switching.

the music fits so well, the story you made for this game and the endings are extremely interesting. sad you didn't make it, but good you didn't force yourself to do things.

Back then this was the video where I found out about the third game being in development. I was sad knowing it would never come but I respect his decision to not force himself to make a game. My full respect to the man himself.

I do like that out of all the possible mechanics he brought back into Onaf 3 he chose the one where the rooms swap places. I think that's so unique and clever and I haven't seen anything like that in other Fnaf fan games!

Its ok to not want to make a new game. I appreciate you 3:55 is a very good point. I think it’s part of the reason why places like EA or Bethesda are lacking in quality. JONACHROME YOU DID THE RIGHT THING

Jon deleted this video from his channel, this is the only clean reupload that I've found (at the moment), you could consider it a lost video, this is the only version left.

I've been looking for this just for that final pixel image, the theme of flying, the ending in general. I don't know but it makes me feel small, like I'm looking at something beautiful.

this guy came up with an awesome game series, hopefully he will someday make maybe a comic about flumpty, i mean, i would. but i don't have this guy's beautiful mind. (no sarcasm)

It's kinda weird seeing this after an ONAF 3 has been announced

People are like “The mechanics look great!” It’s almost identical to FNAF 3. Main rooms and areas where they run around, and halls (Which act as the vents) that you can shift and close to block paths. I know we only got to see a little bit, but still it’s very similar. Not trying to diss the guy, but I feel like I gotta agree with that the game was nigh on identical to FNAF 3. Then he brought it back so uh, now I wonder what he’s gonna bring to the table.

Like Jonochrome said, One Night at Flumpty's has 2 nights, One Night at Flumpty's 2 has 2 nights, and One Night at Flumpty's 3 has 3 nights so in a way, we did experience One Week at Flumpty's.

It's a shame that we didn't had this canceled game, but at least we have one night at Flumpty's 3 and this game will be in our memories after all... this video makes known the sad reason for its cancellation over making other games, but at least this video is worth it.

Love how you can see a lot of aspects that made it into ONAF 3. Like the camera system, the lasers, that one flumpty face where his head has holes and cracks, that weird black room with lights. It’s pretty cool that we still got a bit of OWAF.

Damn, you had great ideas for the game! It's really bad it didn't turn out well... the endings you said, tho, were amazing, and the mechanics seemed pretty cool!

i was glad to see some of the stuff from this make it into ONAF 3, the camera flash, the moving rooms, doors within cameras, a final night with flumpty where everything gets crazy, and even scrapped art (7:33)

and now we have one NIGHT at flumptys 3 we can see so much more effort in that then this

weird how ever since 2016 dude even said you could make his game if you wanted to but no one did, then there are a bunch of AAA great video game titles where the company says no one can replicate or copyright their game and then a bunch of people try making that game and earn more money, or turn it into some cash grab

It sucks because it would've been a great finale for the game, but I see why he did it, game development is hard.

It annoys me that at least 60% of this comment section is telling Jonochrome to make the game.

At least someone knows when to stop pumping out game after game. People really need to learn to say and mean the word stop, it's like almost everyone is some sort of passive/passive-aggressive doormat.

Too bad the creator cancelled it. I mean, if he doesn't want to continue, that's absolutely fine. I find no problem with that. But it's kinda sad to get our hopes up just to find out it's cancelled. He could have just considered it and if he felt like that, it would be best if he didn't tell us at all. Well, obviously he wouldn't know that, but it's just really sad.

you know looking back on this im glad it was cancelled one of the big factors that made the flumpty games appealing was the fact that it was all balanced every part was fine tuned to make everyones mechanics feel fair and make sense this game "or atleast the parts seen of it" seem very unbalanced and im glad flumptys 3 found the right balance of gameplay and story

God, this music fits so well... it almost makes me wanna cry.

There's a lot of thought provoking parallels to compare him to Scott here. I personally think that Scott should have tried to develop a completely new game and take a break from FNAF after 4 and FNAF World. But no, he just kept milking it until most of the internet who got invested had faded away and saw FNAF nothing more as cringy as the toxic parts of the fandom started outweighing the normal ones when people started leaving after 4. I really really want to see what sort of games Scott can make now with his loads of money, popularity, and experience he got from FNAF. Release the lore for what happened in the first 6 games, and then let the 3rd party devs do their thing with him looking over the lore. Then, he needs to try to see if he can actually make a bigger legacy for himself beyond "oh hey it's the FNAF guy!".
