Dogs are sociable animals, they should not be kept on a leash and without human contact. He needed to be hugged, and socially open environment with humans. Play, share it and be caressed. That fierce attitude, is not the expected ,,,, NOT tie your pets, without water and food.

True before having a pet try to educate themselves first what are the cons and pros then what to expect and how to communicate with them in a basic form, choose the type of dog that suits your personality or lifestyle coz your time must be focus on them when they are much younger. She shoul receive training too, because if they return the dog to her and she keeps being ignorant, nothing will change, the dog will go back to the same behavior. Okay, she can be a first dog owner, but that's no excuse, she should have looked about the basic of educating and caring for a dog first. There's no point crying and pretending to be the victim now. She's at fault. She probably took the dog from its own mother when he was way too young too, that's why he has behavior problems. Honestly i dont like people that leave their dogs in the yard. People can have bad actions without bad intentions. Thats why we need friends and family (or professionals) to provide advices and perspectives. With people then yes, good intentions don’t justify bad actions because you can communicate to find out whats wrong and fix it or not it’s on you, but it’s different with animals because not everyone is animal expert to understand what the dog’s behavior means.

I think you're right, you can even see his tail up and I think that shows dominance, since the human didn't know how to be an alpha, but then that's just what I think happened .. I don't know much about dogs which is why I don't have one yet because I would need to learn alot before I can have a pet dog to understand the dog and give it the best life possisble.

Not just that but with the best of intentions and without even realising she has displayed some threatening behaviours. Poor lady she clearly loves him very much. Like you say showing her fear hasn't helped either. So many mixed messages at least she never gave up or beat the dog like some would . Itsbgood to see the right thing being done by an animal and expert advice is always key, the newspaper being used, the hand thing and the umbrella all appear as a threat and make things worse. Positive reinforcement is best where possible. He is a different dog at the end of the video. All it takes is time and patience plus training for both the dog and the owner.

Understand this, but I rescue feral wild street animals for 27 years plus and I can tell you something happen to this dog. They are not born aggressive and They do Not Just Turn this way without a reason. There’s more to this dogs story than being told here.

Most living things react to their surroundings and situations.. frustration grows and comes out in an aggressive way. My opinion.

The first incident wad when she was trying to put her shoes, the dog bite her toes. Then the dog continued. With the dog being that way the best is to put it somewhere where it's safe for you and for him. She has been giving him food water and love through petting him and at first he liked it if you saw the video but suddenly his personality changed. If a dog is behaving like that , 1000% you should chain it and call for help. WHICH SHE DID. When she couldn't anymore do anything she called for help and hoped for the best. My dad used to have a dog and when my brother went to visit him he said at one time the dog got tangled in his chains and could've died if my brother hadn't seen him, I'm not sure where the dog is now but the dog went to a new and loving home after awhile

She is not chaining him out of her choice. Its for safety reasons. The dog can attack anyone, her as well as any guest. I don’t think blaming the owner is correct. Sure it was not a good idea for her to threaten him with a newspaper, but its not like she was hitting him Plus the dog started barking first, and its a rather common practice to scold/mildly threaten like making loud noise to stop the dog (Like slamming something on ground near the dog. This DOES NOT mean hitting) as this allows for negative reinforcement which tells the dog doing something is not good. Its in rare cases when dog become more defiant. When his owner came out and scolded him with the newspaper, it reinforced his confusion,frustration, and anger. The only way Ppalgang can communicate is by barking. If he is tied up 24/7 on a chain, and lonely, he barked to convey that to his owner. He was punished for doing nothing wrong. This reinforced his anger. No dog should ever be chained up like that. It is cruel. There are other ways she could of dealt with this situation.

@@rinneuvvv some cats tend to do lovebites (speaking from experience here) and they don't mean any harm to you. They will bite you to show their affection or if they're trying to play with you. The best way to tell if a cat's bites (or scratch) is a form of aggression is to read their body language. If they do that while their hairs are spike up and the pupils of their eyes dilated (big round instead of slit shape) and sometimes accompanied with hissing, then they are attacking you out of defense/aggression.

Please keep in mind that rabies is common amongst dogs! This woman seems sincere, and I can see that slobber is beginning to form; a symptom for rabies. Many animals become hostile, even against their caretakers. Lack of care seems nonexistent, as this woman is even trying to use an umbrella in order for her dog to eat properly! It's on and off aggressive behavior means that it is very likely it is becoming a mad dog.

Yes, and they probably did. My dog Koya was reactive-aggressive, as we rescued her. She would turn on me when I tried to correct her behavior. So we sent her to a board-and-train and on the fourth week there, we were introduced and did walks and training with her before bringing her home.

dog needs distance to calm built-up tension never eased a day, rehabilitate dog's behavior and environment. after training, owner/dog can be trained together; training the owner more not to repeat past mistakes. most dogs need walk/run/or swim daily; that's just important to any species.

In Korea it's usually the case that the the dog goes to doggy school without the owner for 3+ months. So there is usually no partner doggy training. Dogs get trained from dog trainers. There is only one dog school in korea who does the Partner Doggy Training.

This happens particularly to aging animals who suffer from the same chronic illnesses as humans, such as severe arthritis, cancers, Alzheimers, severe kidney spinal pain, etc., as humans. Remember, most dogs are very old at the age of only about seven already so will be in quite a bit of pain by then. How else can they talk to you? Most animals try to hide their pain but for some it's so severe they can't.

Something is triggering his aggression, sadly a dog like this would have been seized by animal control here and if the behaviour can't be corrected it would euthanized for being dangerous. Yep and its heartbreaking when you love your dog and they bite you. I had a dog for 12 years who bit me. He needed back surgery and we couldn't do it because he became too aggressive and I put him to sleep. He blamed me for his pain and I can only remember the better times when he didn't bite.

Mostly true, except my cat Bub. It doesn't matter what I point at him, he'll just rub up against it. It may be because I found him as a starving wild kitten and feed/watered him for months. At first he was very wary of me, hissing and running away he even tried scratching me a couple times when I was trying to get too close to him but I still feed/watered him until one day I was minding my own business and he just snuck up on me and hopped in my lap like "Hello hooman, I've decided you're alright. As such I demand many pets and snuggles." Now he lives in my house and the little bastard follows me everywhere. It doesn't matter what I do to him, Once I accidentally scared him so bad he literally pissed himself. I absolutely adore the little dude, so glad he decided to hide under my junk car when the bigger wild cats bullied him out of his usual spot. I honestly don't know where I'd be without the little notch eared orange menace, he's been a great comfort since my dog of 18 years passed last year.

She must've chained him because he keeps asserting his dominance, and the chain pretty much made it worse for him since it's like attacking his pride, like a teenager lol. I don't blame the lady for chaining the dog, imagine the dog you've raised and cared for suddenly starts attacking you over something you thought was harmless, and out of all, he was hurting you because of his pride.

@cockney gyal Yet she from the footage detailed she already received 7-8 other scars from attacks by the dog. So why shouldn't she protect herself from another potentially serious attack? I'm more perplexed at the sudden attitude change. Never had a dog that I've raised from that young turn on me out of the blue, but all owners are different.

Yes, exactly! She has allowed it n now the dog uses it for his own self preservation cuz he knows no different. She has to change how she deals with him n being scared or afraid is fueling his fire. Smh. She's hurting him more than helping him.

@Will Mcdade doesn't take a rocket scientist to teach dogs new things. You can literally teach them how to love just by showing them love, it can be difficult at times but not impossible. Hell people tought their dogs how to use the toilet.

Why you link it to her directly? What facts do you have that we don't? What if a neighbor that was complaining all the time( it is said in the video that they were complaining) came to the home when she was not there and just attacked the dog with a stick, rocks? Maybe she gave it to someone else while.she was out of town and that someone hit it. You never know what has happened and you never will. So stop trying accusing her and try to get a light of truth in this biased opinion of yours. Sure you MUST seek help and advices before getting an animal but going to the extent of saying fairy tails that you came up with is ridiculous.

Some people will lend a hand to an animal in a flash, yet, some of those same people will not take the same time out to speak kindly to another human being when he or she is at his or her best or worse. @@courtneykirk478 tho I'm not quite sure what u meant by looking and listening to myself, but i didn't mean much by what i said, only that animals, especially doggies, don't normally react so negatively towards people unless they've had bad experiences with humans before. so in such cases, patience and gentleness is key in changing that perception for them. . and yes, i have love for my fellow humans too same as animals lol, tho i don't see how that plays into what we're talking about lol

Просто она совершенно ничего не понимает в воспитании собак и теперь пожинает плоды. Она своей руганью сломала ему психику, вот и все. Не знала, как его воспитать, вот и ругала, а так с собаками нельзя Но мне кажется, она его любит все же..

@unknown ? Love is not in off. She beat the dog so she is not able to take care off, it wouldn't be fair for the dog to bring him back home. And maybe it's better for her too. If she have a some love to give and have problems with neighbors maybe she should adopt a cat

He started being put outside after he went apeshit on his owner

It seems like he probably was an inside outside dog. They said that the neighbors complained about the dogs constant barking. She, not being a former dog parent, didn't know how to get him to stop so she would scare him probably even hit him a bit with the rolled up paper to get him to shush. Obviously a dog barks to protect it's territory. So when she would punish or scare him for being loud he didn't understand what he did "wrong" so it became like PTSD for him and he attacks her out of fear probably. A lot of first time pet owners, especially dog owners, don't know how to treat dogs. They yell at them, throw things at them, and tie them down as punishment. It's obviously wrong but people do so. Not out of being cold hearted evil but because they are annoyed at the loud barking, the chewing up furniture, etc. I've seen is a lot. Many times I had to correct my dad who punishes the dog with fear. It's his "country" way. I tell him he has a loud dominant voice use that. A dog understand.

I’ve got 7 dobermans and wouldn’t let any child interact with any of them . But then I’ve got a sweet cross breed rescue hunting dog that I got 12 years ago , Oliver, he was abandoned by a hunter because he was so scared of loud noises and gunshots. That’s what hunters do with “useless” dogs they either shoot them or dump them. Oliver is now 13 and 1/2 and is the only dog in the pack that my grandchildren can hug

my Rotts are great dogs too, socialized and very balanced, also respect other animals and they listen to me, never tear up the house, I love them so much. You can see their videos on my channel ♥️♥️

@@Tyler-1203 that's true👍 My rottweilers are great, but I never let children hug them or just run up and pet them, if they ask, my dogs sit, and they can pet them. But besides this, always be careful with any dogs around children.
