In this chaotic and humorous tale, a mischievous cat, jealous of his owner’s attention to the family dog, sets out on a mission to secure a chicken dinner for himself. Through a series of flashbacks, we see him sneakily adding a sleep potion to Grandma’s soup, hoping it will give him free rein to feast. However, things spiral out of control as his plan goes awry, leading to a slapstick chase through the house. In the end, Cat inadvertently causes a mess that leaves Grandma seemingly injured and covered in tomato soup, but she recovers just in time to catch him red-handed. Despite all his antics, Cat’s quest for chicken ends in disappointment, as the dog ultimately claims the prize.
