Can't believe I've been following Vinland Saga long enough to remember people saying "Vinland Saga? More like WINland Saga!" back in 2006.

Why is this show criminally underrated

I was surprised when he wrote in one of the volumes that one of his influences was Vicki The Viking, which was my favorite show as a kid. And now Vinland Saga is one of my favorite manga of all time. There's even a cameo of the characters in volume 2.

A really fantastic overview of Yukimura and his work. I've read so many interviews of him over the past few years, but this is the first time I've seen it brought together in one place. Wonderful video!
