Same, long time of both, that was the biggest revelation to me, many of the ones that were shown I knew what songs they were going to be from and that was totally new lol
I would like to see more Chemical Brothers and The Crystal Method please. Also Basement Jaxx. I think a Bentley Rhythm Ace one would be very interesting. Even though they only have 2 full albums, there's a shitload of samples between the two.
Front Line Assembly would be a great project for this video series. They've sampled artists like Chemical Brothers, Aphex Twin and Autechre to name a few. Be a different take on these videos👍
Everyone use everything from everyone else to create. Pure creativity does not exists. It is just a matter of obvious link or not between the original and the sources of inspiration. Chemical Brothers songs are greats tributes to their originals.

Great, now I have to break out my Chemical Brothers CDs and give them a listen now. First it was Fatboy Slim a couple weeks ago, then Prodigy...who's next? Looks like I need to catch up...last Chemical Bros CD I bought was We Are the Night...oopsie. I remember hearing "Setting Sun" when I went to see the move "The Saint" (Elizabeth Shue was sooo hot); I just HAD to buy the soundtrack, which introduced me to Moby, Sneaker Pimps, and Daft Punk and opened my door to the world of electronica. Remember the company/website CDNow? I was probably their best customer from 1997-2000 as I bought at least 200 CDs off their website during that time frame.

The chemical brothers son lo mejor que escuche de música. No se por qué a la gente le gusta ver de dónde sacan los sonidos y siente que "los descubren". Todos usan sonidos de algo.. o alguna melodía.. el arte está en transformar eso, en algo completamente diferente, que transmita algo completamente diferente. O al menos, esa es mi humilde opinión. The best way to think about it is that their records would not exist without them and few of these samples make the difference between 'liking' it or not.
