Turnover worthy plays is such an arbitrary stat. I see QBs every week throw a pass that almost or should/ve been picked. Purdy is a gun slinger he's gonna try to make plays he shouldn't at times. Like that TD pass to Aiyuk right in between 4 defenders last week. Jimmy G wouldve never tried to do that.

It not random to throw a pass threw a linebackers hands bc he drops the interception, that’s getting lucky and eventually the luck is gonna run out, however he has one Twp in the last 3 games so if he keeps it up we’ll see them playing in the conference championship game again

@@Rah_Goated That pick wasnt even really his fault either. A lineman got a hand on it which threw the trajectory off. That wouldve hit CMC in stride instead of sailing on him.

I think the Niners have the players to win a Super Bowl, the problem is the coach. Shanahan’s play calling is too conservative, which limits his players’ ability and capability to reach their potential and score more points. Eagles and Chiefs’ coaches have the advantage over Shanahan. As long as the Niners have Shanahan as their coach, the Niners will not win a Super Bowl.

Interesting Take, you do have a point ngl but honestly this team is so stacked that this just might be the year they get back to the Super Bowl and maybe win it, depends on how Philly looks in January

he's actually been more aggressive with Purdy. The problem is he takes his foot off the gas when they build a lead. You can never score enough points in the NFL lol

@@Rah_Goated I agree but the Niners haven’t beaten an elite team like the Chiefs and Eagles. Niners vs Eagles next week, we shall see if the Niners can pull it off. I’m a Niners fan but I call it as I see it. The Niners were blown out last year by the Chiefs. Granted, Purdy and some of the Niners’ defensive players were not playing, but the Niners haven’t proven anything to win a Super Bowl. They can make it to the conference championship, but that’s about it.

Need to watch more Purdy but how often does he tend to throw down the middle of the field vs deep corner or come back throws on the side of the field? Reason I’m asking is I remember a qb that was exposed after two seasons in the 90s when good Defenses flooded the middle and pressured him to throw quickly with his only option to sling it deep to the corners or throw it hard to the comeback routes.

Purdy definitely throws over the middle a a lot, but he actually pretty good at attacking the empty spots in cover 2 with corner routes or out routes 🤙🏾

That's why they use pre snap motion so much. The linebackers react to that and makes them hesitate. Especially if it's Deebo, thats what makes their offense hard as hell to defend.

The pass protection is a big problem. If anything keeps them from the SB it will be that.

And this video maker didn't mention we were down 3 players during this game. Purdy is elite only QB to have perfect scores back to back games since the 1960s on perfect QB ratings. Purdy played real well in all 3 games. If the offense isn't clicking your not gonna score a lot

That doesn’t excuse the interceptions he thru just off missing receivers, or throwing balls that went thru linebackers hands, Purdy is good but still need a bigger sample size, Qb rating can be somewhat misleading

@@Rah_Goated in opposition he has a canny ability to be lucky as some QBs are with close passes. So far damn good. Now the QB rating with winning record speaks volumes and he is not the cause of any of the 3 losses we took. Ward had 7 penalties alone in 2 games go figure free first downs hurt the defense when you stopped them

@@RonniePatrick-q3u being lucky isn’t a ability it’s just being lucky that defenders aren’t catching what should be a interception and he threw 3 tds to 5 picks during the losing streak so he contributed to it not saying he the main reason but let’s not act like he had 8 tds to 0 picks

Oh you would say Jalen is an elite QB? Mentioned after you said he fumbled Jalen and Josh have tossed so many ints they shouldn't be in elite QB categories then

1. Availability in the post season 2. Most comebacks by 10 or more points - only a select few includes Hurts. Until Purdy makes it thru the entire postseason and doesn’t solely rely on only winning when things go well or being ahead, then He’ll No - he hasn’t passed Jalen. Facts.

Jalen and Josh are elite, Purdy is good not saying he bad but Hurts and Allen are definitely better in my opinion
