Billy, would love to see a sit down interview of your dad. He amazes me with his vigor and energy! I would love to learn more about his life and how he stays so fit and healthy! 🙏❤️
Absolutely incredible! It is so wonderful to see people skilled in their unique crafts work together to make something absolutely beautiful. Thank you all so very much for bringing such joy to so many people everyday. This project is destined for greatness on so many levels. Billy, Mick, Rick, Simon, Yanis, and Martin, you all are just incredible with your skills, your work ethic, your kindness and spirit to create something beautiful. Thank you for making our family's day! May the Lord bless you and keep; may He show you His favor and have mercy on you; and may He watch over you and give you His peace. Take care!
When Mick, the foreman, says it's time for a beer, it's time for a beer. He's been in the construction industry for what, 60'ish years. He should know what time it is. Lol. Much respect, sir.
I realise the reason I keep on coming back to see you The Pethericks is because of the respect you give to each other. Sure there is some gentle teasing and quips but basically respect and caring shows through. The sand blasting looks wonderful. Thank you. May you all please take care and stay safe. Louisa. 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️🤩🤩🤩
it is going to look wonderful when both the library and the dining room is completely sandblasted and clean. Wow what a difference it will make. Way to go Crack on Team !
I don't know how you manage to see while you're sandblasting, but you make short work of that old painted surface. A pleasure to watch. Thank you Martyn 👍😁 Cheers from Canada
I can't believe how strong Yanis is !! His mighty! Such camaraderie and team work! How exciting, when they finish the sandblasting and the beams on the ceiling are then brown it gives the room's gravitas! Love you guy's! ❤
OMG ...WOW ...I find it so satisfying watching .I love it when Martin is back 👏 ...I also love the touch of Simon & Billy's humour 😂 alway's just drop it now and again love it ❤
Thanks to Martin the ceiling will look really really brilliantly stupendous awesome neato keene and somewhat attractive. Congrats to all who contributed to this success. 👍👍👍
Those beams look beautiful. Martyn, you are a pro. Yanis and Simon have developed a long-lasting friendship by the look of how well they work together. Mick, you are amazing 👏. You all deserve a relaxing weekend.❤
Those beams are going to be beautiful when they are all completely done. You can see the patterns in them and I just love oak. Billy you have an incredible team. Have a wonderful day
I always look forward to receiving notifications of new videos from your channel, Doing it ourselves and Life of Ryan. The whole family (blood related or not) always makes my days 🫶🏼
Yanis is the strongest person I’ve ever seen. He’s such a hard worker. Billy you are so lucky to have him. I hope you are paying him well as he does the work of two people.
He gets free room and board at the Petherickss Chateau, plus same salary as the others. He also has a buy me a coffee set up if you wish to contribute. This was in an earlier video.
He's finially here, that Yanis is such a hard worker, it's nice to see everyone working together. I remember doing the wood floors in the bedrooms and the dust was over whelming; but it looked nice and so will the library.
Hi Billy! It's so nice to have Simone back on the job. Yanis(sp)is still an animal when it comes to work! Something they have been doing here in the states for a while now is instead of sandblasting, they use dry ice blasting. There is no mess when they finish and very little water from the dry ice.
I think when everything‘s done with the building in the chapel, you should have a plaque bid and put it outside. The building of everybody that’s ever helped on the project maybe some kind of saying new beginnings.🦋
They look beautiful. Wish you tried to keept the ones you cut out as long as possible. Could of sold them for a pretty penny and put that into the renovation
I don’t mean to be a disruptor but have you ever considered turning the back in to the entrance, and opening up a new drive from the garden side. It would allow for a different public entrance and separate parking. I don’t think it would affect your plans since there is a symmetrical front and rear door. Just a thought! Looking great.
Great progress, but in my mind I would keep some of the old stonewalls visible. For me it's getting to modern in look an aperence. And no proper cloakroom.
