Not entirely true. It was him & the actor who played Ya Ya. They were taking there kids out trick or treating and this weird guy was like handing stuff out to the kids. He wasn’t from there neighborhood either. Mike & the other guy confronted him & the guy shoved Mike, so they beat him up. They found small razors & a bag of candy in this guys car so Mike & “Ya Ya” we’re right to be suspicious & the creep was arrested. Mike didn’t go to jail but he did loose his job as a firefighter.
