I went to Northern Ireland in the July for holiday and didn't know about the bands, and I heard the sash and it got stuck in my head and I finally found the song. Love from Japan 🇯🇵 [Yes I did use Google translate to type this.]
@@fionanmurphy4107 be careful what you wish for, the tables will be turned on the Irish state if the process is forced through because you’ll have a very disgruntled loyalist community!
@@fionanmurphy4107 Thats never going to happen,in case you havent noticed,The whole island is under attack by globalists, and wheather you are a prod or taig,we are all under threat, from the globalists, and if we dont come together,we are all gone.
Fortunately, the channel owner created another account and started uploading his old videos again. Here is the link: ru-vid.com/show-UCtJiuplHKwkBPEOyNxkFgFg
One of the best irish tunes ever!!! and just for any haters the orange sash could be worn by anyone as a sign of protection under king William regardless of faith or livelihood. He was the first british monarch to offer emancipation to every citizen of ireland and the rainbow colours we see everyday was introduced by him
@@JJTHEARTI3Tnot hated the irish. Just politically hated the idea of an independent ireland. Fun fact the "people behind this song" would've considered themselves Irishmen of the UK until Irish Nationalism became about having an independent ireland then and now identify as British
@jjthef0rtnitekid I'm from Northern Ireland. The Irish ( Catholics) absolutely hate protestants (northern irish)! So much so they formed a paramilitary to try eradicate them! Is what I'd say if I was an ignorant arse. No, it is not true that is a massive generalisation and a hugely offensive one at that. Not denying there are some but as can be applied to both sides of the community
Is that supposed to be some sort of own on unionists? I mean it works both ways, you can’t be a true Northern Irish Ulsterman without being British as well. The culture as both British and Irish
I’m from Stockport, never brought up on Belfast/NI. But my dads from Belfast and I must I’ve been over 3 times for the 12th July and it’s something else. I find it interesting cos of family over there and everyone coming together. Early happy 12th July to my Ulster friends
That sounds like a true Irish Republican, not the fake ones, and we all know who they are,any true Irishman loves this song, because its a song of defiance.
@@RobertK1993 Try looking up a song called Avondale, sung by a guy called ALL O Donnell, its a tribute to Charles Stewart Parnell one of Irelands many Irish patriots, who happned to be be prodstants.
@@Aaronn14 what’s England or the US revolution got to do with it? It’s a song about a loyalist Irishman, and William of orange was the king of The Dutch Republic, England Scotland and Ireland?
@stephenfegan924 no it isn't. Maybe a bit emphatic on opposition to the Roman Catholic church's teachings? Sure All opposition to the Political ascendancy of the Roman catholic church. Nothing against the catholic people. Same as how a big part of irish culture is opposition to British rule ( not anti british or against the british people)
BRIDGETON AND ULSTER LEST WE FORGET UVF THE PEOPLES ARMY IN GOD WE TRUST BRIDGETON NO SURRENDER TO THE DAY I DIE FK THE POPE LEST WE FORGET SAS ON THE ROCK 3 NIL
If I was going to the border of Northern Ireland and Ireland I'd pretend I was German (to be safe). If they asked me to prove it I'd oblige (fluent in German).
Your fine with where ever your from, just out of interest, what country are you from, as there is no problem with any nationality, wether it be Scottish, Welsh, English, french etc. The only thing you really need to worry about it wearing the wrong colour in the wrong part, ie celtic or republic of ireland colours in a loyalist area or rangers colours in a republican area. But I doubt you'd be doing that anyway 😂 We are really welcoming here in ireland, I just wish both sides could get along a lot better then what it is like at times. But I'm not from the north, I'm just over the border on the republic side.
Your proddy population is shrinking you have 2 options accept one nation a independent ireland makes sense and the second option is if your British go to Britain
Sorry lads leave the singing to the Irish the rebel sounds sound a lot better. I’m from Manchester and the Irish give us some of are best bands oasis and the smiths as well as fighters Tyson fury. Manchester and Liverpool are steeped in culture
@@noodlyappendage6729 My ancestors would disagree with you they being unionists,in the south seeing that some of them got killed, and wounded in HM impearialist wars,so they decided to say F that,I am Irish,I aint fighting for some forgin Queen in England.
Planters go back to Scotland? Am I right in saying the scotti originated in ireland and then migrated to northern Britain. Aren't the Scottish of gael stock.
The EU loves and respects ROI that much that they're trying to replace the native as i type this, worse than the Brirish ever did, at least ulster scots and Brits was similar in ethnicity and culture and heritage , the same will happen to the scots aswell, the only reason they want independence is to join the 4th reich and swap their brothers and cousins for a totally different in every way foreign ruler just like the south of Ireland has done...

@@paullooney8960 It landed in northern Ireland for one. And it was given the name after Britain colonised it like the way of new York and all that. The brits wanted to keep the names British sounding still. So stop being a sarcastic bastard and wise up
