you don’t loss fat from a sauna suit you loss water weight it is really good for fighters to work out in and help train endurance and good for certain conditioning
You know I was 300 pounds and I used 1 of these and just to let you know i wasn’t one of those fat looking people I was huge I mean I had a lot of fat but it was distributed like into my calves and thighs and I am 6,5 so yeah anyway I used 1 of these for like 10 minutes a day doing workouts and it worked really well and I was doing this for a year I didn’t go on to much of a diet cause I wasn’t eating to unhealthy it’s just I never really worked out or went outside as a kid so my fat grew as I got older and I got tired of being over weight so I felt with that another thing yes I used the sauna suit for 10 minutes you may be like only 10 minutes well I did other workouts I just got way to tired in a sauna suit so I found it’s better to do like 10 minutes in a sauna suit then like 50 minutes running/jogging and lifting a bit of weight I didn’t do that as much as I do now and it really worked something I noticed is if you lose weight to fast you will have a bunch of excess skin so in my opinion take it pretty slow if your like pretty dang big thankfully for me I didn’t have huge excess skins so I only had to get very little removed but I’m doing pretty good now the scars from the skin removal almost disappear in a couple of years so yeah
@@mikeghostriley not really man I can tell you what I did I used a sauna suit for around ten minutes a day just doing jumping jacks and stuff like that and ran around my neighborhood just gonna say if your not used to running you should try walking for like 10 minutes once you get used to that then maybe like 20 - 30 and so on also don’t use the sauna suit to run around it will tire you out way to much another thing is go on a diet eat like 500 - 1000 calories less then you do like grown men are supposed to eat up to 2500 I think so around 2000 or 1500 there’s a lot of foods you can eat in that many calories hope this helps dude imma also gonna say you won’t see much progress at all for like a couple weeks if you wanna actually see progress you should get a scale so you can see how much you lose but give it a month and you should see a good difference it’s not gonna be one of those things you can do in a day it’s a year long type of thing or longer so good luck to you hope you do better sry for the long essay 😅
It makes you lose water weight which can definitely shave a pound or two depending on your body size but unless you’re doing something where a pound or two will matter like a UFC weigh-in then they’re useless as all hell
