The freezing is more often associated with a lack of facial response though, not smiling or in the middle of a laugh like this, though I cannot say for certain that they never happen that way. I would say this video is not anxiety/panic related as she is clearly not experiencing any anxiety. Catatonia is another form of a person "freezing," but this is a hundred percent when they fall into a numb expression and/or in strange positions (like an arm raised over their head or their head bent at an angle or just sitting oddly in their seat). It's normally for extended periods, not brief moments like this. Catatonia is associated with psychotic disorders like schizophrenia. This would not be catatonia, I just thought I would mention it here since it's on topic. There are also disorders of the fight or flight response that cause a person to "freeze" rather than react, but this would also not be that since there was no shocking/dangerous stimuli here to invoke the "fight or flight" response. As a schizophrenic, I have had "thought blocking" which is when your thoughts suddenly disappear, usually in the middle of a sentence. This is not the same as being forgetful. It can be mild to where I have some awareness of it happening or it can be severe where I have no clue it has happened. When it is severe, to those watching, it appears that I've suddenly stopped talking for no reason, stared for a second, then carried on doing something else like I'd completely forgotten I was having a conversation at all. This video would also not be this as the woman would not have carried on laughing after the pause. She would have stopped, as the thoughts fueling her laughter would be suddenly gone from her mind.
