If I was a beginner, your tutorials would be indispensable. But I am not, I have played the game for decades. Still I always watch your tutorials and I find there is always something extra to learn. So beginners, pay attention. This stuff is highly recommended!
It is true that I do target most of my content at the newer player. However, there are exceptions to that and just like yourself. I find even experienced players still sometimes learn something new.
Hi Hellish..... I used to play TT when it was first released, and absolutely loved it. I bought a new tablet with an s pen a couple of weeks ago so imagine my delight when I found it on Android, for free, and even better than the original! I've managed to work out how to add some of those file add-on thingies -GRF? -, so it's even better than better... awesome stuff. Anyway, I've discovered your channel and just watched one of your videos (groups and timetables) and it was really helpful. So I just wanted to come on to one of your latest TT videos to say thank you, that was really helpful, and I'll subscribe as a way of saying thanks... From from a fellow Brit, David 👍😊🚗🚌🏴 PS Do you have any videos with recommended GRF files that I should use.... I'm playing it on an Android tablet. It has loads and loads of them available. I have added a bunch of them called openGFX and 3 called eGRVTS, just different versions. Thanks in advance...
Today i learned about the random land option, i usually generate a map from a heightmap This is much easier than the tiberian sun editor lol who do the roads count as owned by? the closest town? be in mind, with random trees, they will all count for growth, so may lag a game irl theres quite a few old lighthouses inland due to the coast growing for many reasons i didnt know you could turn saves into scenarios, that is handy
There is a help and manuals button in the game. I guess if the developers wanted to they could link something there or under one of the other sections. I know the developers are aware of my content so if it's something they want to do I'm sure they will.
@@MasterHellish-Gaming On Steam in the community section of Openttd there is under Guides a link to your video tutorials. That is something I guess but I fully agree that an in-game link would be preferable.
