Go see a native❤ They know much about this. For all I know you can halfway sense other worlds and this you need to accumulate the right information so that you can decide what to do. Thousands practice so called positive affirmation and it lead some to the delusional state where they don't act upon an issue but project that it doesn't exist and will change. This is known in psychology as so called "magical thinking"
