I spent a lot of time trying to create a video that would be informative about the science behind BJJ, and demonstrate how it applies to sweeping, as well as common issues I see in guard passing with beginners. These were just a few examples of many with BJJ.
This is the type of video I always wanted to see when I was a beginner in my BJJ journey, I enjoyed making it and I hope you can learn something from this. This is the first of many videos like this, so any constructive feedback is appreciated of what you'd like to see done in the future.
