In my opinion getting two bursts of PF activation is better than one. Especially if night time voiding is a problem.

Correction: pfliates Also, other symptom is yes, frequency, but only small amounts of urine, not a good strong stream. Why are women not educated when young how important it is too keep our pelvic floors strong?!!!
