yea it really does. At some point when you evolved enough spiritually, it is impossible to go back and shut down your consciouness. That's why you will do less harm and more good every time you progress, as it literally manifest as unbearable psychological pain to not follow the divine laws. At least this is my experience. I cannot do any more harm, or else i'll be confronted with extreme pain. And this is not even a conscious decision, it doesn't happen in your mind but in your soul. Even if mentally i wanted to hurt and feel good about it, i would simply not be able to do it, no matter how much willpower. And i feel like that's where you really grasp virtuous actions and the divine laws of the universe. Last spring I was on a walk and I began crying at how beautiful the waking trees with their new buds were. People walking by smiled and one guy in a car even complimented my walking stick as he drove by. Everything was beautiful and new. Another Masterpiece! I really liked how you broke down the three states of mastery to the upper Spiritual chakras (Mind-Body-Spirit). My journey has been similar in using memory and contemplation. I love to witness and connect the dots between the inner Spiritual body of Imagination and the external world of manifestation. I was always in awe at how whatever I imagined would appear in form even better than I had imagined it to BE. Ive been dealing with these strange physical symptoms the last couple months like feeling sharp pains and they come and go and can be in different areas mostly where the heart chakra and solar plexus would be affected physically and I've kept going back and forth about whether or not its energy and my body adjusting and I feel like this was confirmation that I am fine, especially since I can still perform my crossfit and don't seem to notice or feel them when I'm distracted, really busy or just feeling like I'm in high frequency.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have a few mystical experiences in my life & THEY WERE SO PROFOUND, I KNEW THERE WAS MUCH MUCH MORE TO REALITY THAN WHAT WE EXPERIENCE W/OUR USUAL SENSES! I absolutely LOVE this video, and this series thus far. I have had so many mystical experiences in my life, starting at a very young age. Fortunately I grew up in a family of very awakened souls who allowed me the blessing of being my true self without judgement, and with full support. Being able to see reality for what it truly is: love, light and unity with all things; and being able to share my experiences freely was and has been such a gift. One of my most profound mystical experiences was the connection to my youngest child before he was born. Some people call this conscious conception. Every night while I dreamed, I would see him (although I didn’t know then what sex/gender he was). He would appear to me at about the age of 2, with long blonde flowing hair in a field of tall grass and wild flowers, naked and running toward me smiling. He’d reach me and I’d smile, laugh, cry, and we’d talk for what seemed like eternity. I knew he was my child, and he’d confirm this and tell me it wasn’t quite time yet for him to come (incarnate). Through several dreams over a period of 4 months, I learned that he was waiting for his father to be ready, to be healthy in mind/body/spirit. When my husband finally did the work and was ready, what happened next was what I can only explain as “other worldly”. After a deeply beautiful intimate moment between my husband and I, we both closed our eyes, and saw him again in our minds eye. He was smiling, laughing, playing in the field again…and then we both felt a surge of warm golden light come down from above my body, and into my belly, and we opened our eyes at the same time and he said to me “you’re pregnant”…and I said “I know”. His pregnancy, my healing home birth after 2 cesareans, and our journey thus far has been absolutely beautiful, healing, and life changing. The frequent mystical experiences since then have been truly amazing. When our son was 2, and practicing diaper freedom (elimination communication), we were enjoying a warm summer day on our farm. Sometimes I just sit, and not pay attention to my mind or anything else, and then boom I feel disconnected to my body but I can feel my body, even talking about this right now I’m starting to feel disconnected and everything else the dog barking the airplane passing buy the sound of silence, it all feels good. I don’t know if this is what it means to be self inducing a mystical expirence but. Ever since a few years ago when I started meditating I’d feel disconnected from reality and see things from a different perspective.

I had my first mystical experience on a dance floor at an all night dance party. I was a raver back in the day and had taken LSD with friends and gone clubbing. It happened in an instant. My third eye popped open and i went from ego consciousness into reality. I was not able to understand what happened at the time. It was only after more than a decade later that i even realised this was a spiritual experience as i thought for a long time it was drug induced psychosis. Because i thought it was psychosis i lived in a state of terror for many years as i thought i was losing my sanity and because of this i would try and block out the spiritual truths that were revealed to me during this mystical experience. I just wanted to share my story as i know others have had breakthroughs using psychedelics too.
Just wanted to chime in and thank you for sharing your experience. I too had one of my first mystical/spiritual experiences at a rave in the 90’s, while on psychedelics. I did not experience a period of what you are describing as psychosis, but I did feel like no one around me understood what I had seen/felt and knew to be true about the universe, god, unity, etc. It was as if I was speaking a foreign language or had 3 heads or something 😂. My first spiritual experience happened when I was 9 and at a summer solstice gathering with other women/girls. My second was on a journey out west in a sweat lodge with my grandmother and Native American people. So many beautiful experiences of and with God can happen once we realize who and what we are ❤😊 namaste friend

This makes me think of integrated experiences I regularly had as a child, I enjoyed the feeling but didn't know what it was. When I tried to ask my mother, a committed atheist, she told me to "stop being stupid." I learned quickly that these things are never mentioned, in time the experiences faded away.

Mystical experiences are to me as a pearls on our way to awakening, however we should not stop the journey to admire them, just take them with us for the moments when we go through some darker places of this journey. And if we work to see them and integrate in our awareness, probably we rise above the necessity to go through the darkest places. I was intrigued about you mentioning the nervous system. Never thought of combining the nervous system with chakras. However now this thought seems very plausible and interesting to explore much more. I have been interested in the nervous system since childhood. Always knew I will be a doctor and especially nerves seemed to me something mystical and at the same time physical (I will skip here, why it was so). Therefore I finished medical training and moved on to work for a short time in the psychiatry, then finished a specialist training in both neurology and neurosurgery. And I still have more questions as answers as I see the limitations in our understanding and treating of medical conditions affecting the nervous system (and all others as everything is connected). I would like to read and hear more of the "mystical" (do not believe in the mystical, it is just unknown reality) physiology of the body. Maybe you can help me on this way, Aaron. Wow Aaron, this topic is so close to my heart because it is the very thing that sparked my awakening and it is as real to me as this physical reality! Another thing to consider adding to the "how to" list is simple and plain persistence. I've found in the deeper states of meditation I've got to persist in the focus. There are a million little reason the mind will develop as to why you shouldn't, as to why you should get up and do something else. But only with persistence are the deeper states made accessible. Here's the verse... it's very fitting: "And he said to them, 'Suppose one of you has a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say to him, "Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; for a friend of mine has arrived, and I have nothing to set before him." And he answers from within, "Do not bother me; the door has already been locked, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot get up and give you anything."
