This is a very well done video. I am a college professor and also a practitioner of Shambhavi. I have not only read some of the academic papers published on the effects of this yogic technology...I have also participated as one of the many many test subjects. Since I have a Master's in Applied Sociology, I was able to evaluate the academic papers written with a critical eye as to how the research was conducted. I am impressed with the ever growing body of peer reviewed literature continuously coming out on Isha Kryia technology for overall well-being.

They never provided the literature citations for the studies is referring to. I've only seen one study at done by the Chopra Center and it basically summarized a self-reported questionnaire filled out before and after SBV meditation.

@@giu7510 It went really well actually. Its almost been two years since I am practicing and its made a huge difference health wise and has reduced being too emotional in face of tough situations. This is just my experience btw and everyone's experience will be different once they start practicing the kriya.
