I agree, it's nice to have consistent videos of games I like to co.e back to. So many different indie games I'm not s fan of sadly. I'll watch for a couple minutes and think, no thanks. I'm really getting this one and I'll probably pick it up😊

That gun is busted even without a lot of upgrades The autocannon is also ridiculous when you get it to 18 - just mows whatever it hits down like they're common mobs

Its also kinda crazy how fast some mining directive turrets can tear a map apart (krakatoa turrets with mining directive have their beams pierce terrain instead of being stopped dead by it, and LMG turrets at lvl 18 you always take the 150% fire rate boost overclock, basically lasers at that point)

I think it is because scout is meta progression character. His level 3 passive is "gain 15% crit, increase crit damage by 50%". if you max green tree in meta progression, you get 12% crit and 48% crit damage for maxing out green tree. The gameplay for scout is to max his crit chance to 100%. Scout has 200% crit and he gains 300% base crit damage. There is an artifact that increases crit chance by 30%, crit damage by 100% but reduces damage by 30 and an artifact that makes you gain crit chance for Nitra you hold. I think his overclock not as overpowered because his crit synergy virtually increases his damage output by 4x. so even level 1 grenade is going to be hitting like a truck.

Sludge pump is the nest acid weapon definitely. I mostly use it to keep everything taking higher damage from the wave cooker (especially a nano wave OC boosted wave cooker) those 2 alone essentially melt everything, leaving 2 slots purely for support or even something like a krakatoa turret built with reload speed while hoping for mining directive and tank treads so you have them mining for you

This. I can't figure out the driller at all yet. And the scout I'm not quite patient enough to play (to set him up right). Engineer just starting to 'get". But the gunner, Weapons Specialist, is like EZMode (as long as I remember to manage my health properly, now and I think I get caught off guard cause i tanked a bit TOO much)

@@vonhenry7087 driller is farming character, you just stack movement speed on him with driller passive and wander around the map mining nitra. he's meant to be played with that passive where you increase damage by 2% for reducing your m/s by 0.5 m/s.

I'm only a couple of days worth of playtime into survivor and when I wanted to focus on my upgrades (they are all 3 or 4 upgrades from what seems to be max) I went foreman driller and just tore maps apart for resources (adding in the nitra/gold scanners help) sometimes turrets can roll the mining directive overclock which can let an engineer mine even faster than a driller. You just need to focus more heavily into resources than pure combat while still being quick. Driller running the wave cooker with a nano waves overclock essentially does all the work damage wise so you can focus more heavily into things like move/mining speed and pick up radius

from my testing, gunner feels like weakest. Juggernaut class makes no sense. you have TAKE damage to deal damage which is just terrible concept which also comes with easily worst starting weapon. The first class is kinda meh. you get really long reloading weapon that require a lot of levels to be good but only becomes average. His level 3 mod is that he can use heavy weapons... which allow him to use some of weapons of Driller but why bother with that if you can just play driller...

More progress made next time, or buy the game and play those yourself
