This is a Vagi Series on Invasion of Scratched Universe. Heavy Guy and BLU VAC Soldier, Fixer and Jumpsuit and VAC Swap Team and BONK BOT Vs. Veerus and Blightcaller and Vagi Minions and Alien UFO and Alien Drones Is nice
15:44 “No, we shall observe their fight first. We begin once the winner is decided.” *Translation: I just wanna watch this first, real quick, it’s so damn cool.*
i personally liked the part when american myth just pulled out an m9 its the most effective strategy and its hilarious. its like "oh man i am beating him" and the he just pulls out a gun
29:06 - 29:32 I been thinking deeply about this small interface between Heavy and the recently distorted Sniper. Logically speaking, when facing an enemy, you keep your enemy misinformed about you or remain their knowledge about you to a minimum to keep you more unpredictable. Seeing that Distorted Sniper returns to his regular face to speak to his former acquainted mercenary, Heavy Guy was actually disturbing in my opinion and here's why. 1. Distorted Sniper recognized Heavy formerly acquainted with one another and said "it's you." 2. Distorted Sniper briefly informs (or at least tried to) Heavy that what he's about to do is not within his control since it's "nothing personal." 3. Distorted Sniper literally gave Heavy and KIA very brief but crucial information that "it's only going to get worse" since in later episode 6 (no spoilers though) proves that. Lastly, Distorted Sniper advised Heavy that as soon as he sees someone distorted, "shoot first" because at the moment or based on what Distorted Sniper has all new information since his mind got infected, there's no cure for it but to get killed before it gets worse. In my theory, the recently distorted mercenaries maintain some of their humanity (before it gets worse to a certain point) which can only be activated when they see uninfected mercenary who were former friends or otherwise, or they witness something astonishing such as metal man outsmarted the bullets.
Wait, think about it. Soldier’s original team consisted of a heavy, a scout, and an engi. He saw his heavy friend in the jojo dude. The scout trio is here, and they hinted at the red engi being alive after the distorted invaded. THE SOLDIER’S GETTING HIS TEAM BACK!
Well. I'm shocked I somewhat called this. I mean it made sense, but not to the point it was almost bang on. The parts about the Scout Trio were nice to see and everything else about this video was on a whole different level. Can't wait for episode 5! This series has gave me goosebumps from the horror and action. Blackimus. Thank you for creating this series. Now to wait until Heavy Guy and Solider meetup with the Scout Trio
I think we should get another scout trio with the zombie thing happening and the heavy and soldier come in to help em out, that whould be amazing for they're meet up
Blackimus, I thank you. This is really interesting so far, and to see it all come together... The three stories have become two, and are even more connected. Can't wait to see what happens next, and good luck out there in your future endeavors.
Blackimus the story here was excellent and brilliant, it even makes a funny joke. The animation is well done and it makes it look like a movie’48 minutes’. I know how hard it took you to make the episode for 2 years and a half months, it’s exhausting but it’s well done that you cared most about the project more. We are all appreciated and inspired by your projects and more. This comes to the conclusion that someday people will know you as a part of the community of well made animators. I also wanted to become an animator but 3D and 2d at both, I wanted to make people learn more on situations and learn more on other things, to be more aware. Thank you for keeping this up. Surely this video can make you up to million subs. One day you can surely see how people are amazed by you. Thank you and enjoy your journey
@@abysswalker2594 i would really love it to be a show in tv and other platforms cuz sfm/gmod animation easily outperform a lot of anime series and Disney animation
Love how you made V.A.C some kind of organization that takes care of these things and need both red and blu medics to heal any mercs that is on their colour sides
Anyone else love the part on Chapter 3 when heavy says "take it back!"? I sure do know I do it's Soo cool how Crush took that flare back. The fighting scene with “The Slam” the music is “Make Me Understand” by Damjan, I was wondering what the sound was and wanted to add it to my playlist on Spotify. Good to come back and rewatch this
Thank you, Blackimus. You have made a true masterpiece. The references like Vagineer's appearance and multiple JoJo references are flat out cleaver with Heavy Guy and Soldier. The Scout Trio is the best part with the resident evil aesthetic in Episode 3 and even then, their relationship is wholesome. Who would have thought that you would make Scout to be wholesome like that. There are many scary, awesome, and flat out heartwarming moments and they don't alter you suddenly, they go slowly and either get worse or better. And I love the voice of the V.A.C Members clever job. You have my appreciation and my thanks for such a wonderful series. Thank you, and can't wait for more!
I will say, this was quite a change of pace from this summer, the most I've been out is going outside to put away the garbage, and the bugs have been driving me insane. This video MADE my day, I just woke up, fell out of bed played Siege for 1 hour and then hopped onto youtube and clicked this the millisecond I saw it in my notifications. The animation quality is fantastic honestly I think it might be as good as Hoovy Tube. And the music usage is better than most movies. I'm excited to see episode 5. I can't believe that you started by uploading random ass Payday 2 sounds and can do stuff like this all these years later. You deserve 1 million subscribers by tomorrow.
This is officially one of the best TF2 SFM series I have ever had the pleasure of watching through! A graceful and bizarre mix of horror, action and excitement all around for the most part, and I am definitely looking forward for more!
I literally love everything about this! I love how you incorporate game mechanics into the animation as well, such as the health kits instantly healing you! Just like in episode 2 with the sandvich.
A near-hour of absolute kickassery, this was unbelievable dude! I'm ridiculously hooked onto this series, so thank you for making such a showstopper of an experience so far! I cannot wait to see what you have in store next!
Okay i just now realized that the Distortion Robots speak in a somewhat distorted Japanese, noted by the mention of "Sutando tsukaida," or if youve watched Jojo, Japanese for "Stand User." Gotta admit this pretty fitting for what feels like its own series of Anime
This is so good. The way this is done, portrayed, connected, explained, and the events with the dialogue aren't drawn out makes this a fantastic watch. This is what movie developers are struggling to do and you pull it off flawlessly. I'm glad to watch your series and I appreciate that you keep making these.
I like how, since American Myth's bullets are not actually bullets (since they are made out of stand material/energy like AM's weapons), they wound Crush's hands, like how in part 4 Jotaro's finger got melted because star platinum caught Rat's dart (since its also made out of stand material/energy)
This is a masterpiece. I've kept rewatching the series over and over for pure satisfaction. Honestly you made me think of my own stand. I'm a demo user, and my stand name would be: Dynamite. He is good long range fighter and can switch to Demoknight.
Watched all the previous episodes just for this, and let me say, it was worth the wait! I was very glad to see the BLU Soldier from the first episode come back teaming up with Heavy Guy. Great work on the fight scene too! I cannot wait to see how much crazier things get in the fifth episode!
As soon as Blue Soldier's Stand (KIA) showed up. I realized he was in the first episode and I had to rewatch it to remember how he got here. And that ending, My Gosh! It got me a little emotional but so pumped up for the next episode.
This is the best thing in SFM Me saw in a long time. The amount of work, the amount of detail! Me sing you praises my friend, you are great content creator!
I've been waiting for the next installment of the series. I wanted to wait until the end before typing out my comment but I'm 5 minutes in and I'm already blown away AGAIN by the sheer charm of these characters. You've gotten exceptionally good at sfm animations my dude, like super good. I'd say you've gotten good at character consistency too but that was always the case. Even so I'm amazed at just how much you're managing to communicate with simple gesticulation and gentle movement. I like Fixer's more boisterous movements when they're just chilling out: his more emotive outburst at what's happened compared to Jumpsuit's restrained approach. I felt for these characters less than 4 minutes in. They didn't treat the Distorted event like it was something cool or shallow. They reacted to it like real people and in their own personal ways. I also want to point out the heavy reacting at 5:15 is such a nice small touch. This is such a good series ugh. Ok I'm going to keep watching the rest now lmao. Just had to get that out. I have to admit when you called the poll and Heavy Guy got the most votes I felt slightly discouraged. Not because I thought the show would lower in quality, but because I liked Fixer and the VAC soldier better as characters, so I thought I'd personally get more mileage out of it with more of them. I think looking back it was because I associated the Heavy with Jojo content and TSU is so good on its own it doesn't NEED another IP to lean on. On his own I realize the heavy is a great character with his own consistent development. I think it was the moment he saw the BLU soldier and asked "do you fight?" that won me over. He doesn't seem to play these rounds because he likes killing. He plays them because he likes the teamwork aspect and enjoys the spirit of competition. Come to think of it, that's in line with what he asks the engineer when he ambushes him. He wants to know where his team is, because he focuses on the value of cooperation and the "no man left behind" mentality. Maybe I'm off center here, but if I'm spot on then it shows how well you've managed to communicate that persona in really just two simple events. It's definitely a character I can root for. I want all these characters to survive. That's part of what makes this show so investing. Ok so I've now finished the episode and I can say the stand thing is practically its own element of the show and was from the beginning. And you know what? I think it works. It could easily be its own thing in this universe and that was the only tentative problem I had with what episode 2 brought to the table. I also noticed that really everyone featured in this episode, and I'm really glad to know Heavy and Soldier teamed up with eachother. They've got great chemistry. A small selfish part of me is also glad this means if Heavy Guy becomes a huge character, soldier will be there too :> As always I try to add at least some level of criticism to keep things genuine. I really liked the way the distorted move and behave. They're very ominous and chilling, especially considering they're just "drones". Yet that also feeds into a slight growing issue I've noticed recently. It feels like the basic Distorted have become less of a threat as time's gone on. Not on a global scale, no, but on the battlefield. I get that they've been up against vastly stronger characters and it does make sense, considering they're drones, but they seem to display hints of regeneration and intelligence I guess aren't being used like they could. Sometimes they run into enemy fire and crumble. Sometimes they seem less hardy than they should be. This is more like feedback than criticism, as I'm still fully on board with the direction things are going. I just think the basic Distorted might be even more fun if they still came with unexpected traits and behaviors that kept the characters on their toes. Medic worked, but I like to think about the time that spy grew freaking knives out of his fingers. That scene was great and highlighted how different and unexpected these foes could be! To be fair it seems like we'll see some of that in the more advanced classes, like the human-face pyro and the slam. I just think the traits the pyro had don't even necessarily have to make it above the basic distorted, and that this "tier" of enemy is just naturally full of surprises. Anyway just my two cents. Power creep is a real thing in series like this so it might be something to think about. Overall another banger. Great work!
Hey Plasm, it's good to see you again! I know exactly how you felt regarding the poll I made regarding the characters, I already knew Heavy Guy was going to win by a long shot. But do not worry because that poll was just a way for me to get to know you guys a bit more, that's literally just it. If people didn't like a certain character, nothing would change for the better or for the worst, but I digress. About the dependency on JoJo, your perspective is what I expected coming from the average person that doesn't like JoJo (not judging because there are a lot of bad apples in this fandom, I'll admit it 100%), but I came prepared because, like you said, they fit the setting of this series and there IS a reason as to why they're even a thing. In due time, it shall be explained! I'm very happy that a bunch of people like you are figuring out the true personality of Heavy Guy: it's not just haha JoJo Heavy funny and OP, - there's a character there, there are likes and dislikes, there's a personality, there are character FLAWS and character GROWTH. I'm honestly more proud on the fact that you have pretty much nailed how he is, you have my congratulations! Regarding your criticism of power creep and the Distorted being slightly less powerful, you are correct BUT it is intentional because like you said: they are dealing with stand users and those are inherently more powerful than a normal mercenary. TSU has two sides of the same coin: you got the more action and power trip oriented side of Heavy Guy; and the more down to earth, relatable and realistic setting on Fixer's side, as you yourself have figured out the whole "vibe". The thing about the Spy from EP3 Part 2 having finger knives is actually a concept that I've "implemented" coming from how the original Vagi-species freak itself is. I can't explain what it is because it will be a case of "Show, don't tell." but the only hint I can give you is some of the Distorted will be "different" from the rest, similar to the Slam. Reading these kinds of comments from people like you is what I love about this whole thing. I just can't help but smile from ear to ear! Thank you for the awesome comment and have a good one mate!
Great to hear back from you! I appreciate your vids but I also appreciate your responses. I like these episodic conversations we have. That being said I don't have too much to add to the conversation that hasn't been answered or closed. Mostly just responding to let you know your reply has been seen and all your points are valid :3 I'm really interested in seeing what comes up next! Especially with the prospect of more distorted forms. I may draw fanart someday.
@@detectoplasm It would be an honor for any of the series to receive fanart! So far I have only seen one for TSU and I will obviously feature it on the upcoming Q&A. But I'm glad my response answered your question as I enjoy these conversations as well!
No worlds or Numbers can describe how Awesome this was and how much work and detail went in this is jaw dropping and to add on to this I just wanna say I’m glad you are a TF2 animators you bring joy to me and other and when I watch these animations, I get more into TF2 everyday even tho what’s been happening with the game you make me find a way around all of that. Thx you and keep the good work up 👍
This is, by far, the best series I have watched on any kind of platform in a good while, I’m not a big fan of movies or series. But this, this was really bloody amazing, and I live your work. I am really looking forward to the next episode, and those who may come after that.
this is some really amazing work Blackimus, it all looks so awesome, the fights, the story, this is some top work and I'm excited to see where this story goes
Once more you have brought something so amazing. I didn't expect so much action whatsoever, nor the amount of potential seen within heavy. I applaud you and I can't wait to see where you take this series.
I must say after watching all 4 ep of this lovely series I was stunned, amaze, and scared a little but that doesn't mean I did not enjoy this masterpiece. Thank you, dear sir, for making such a masterpiece and letting us watch it. We will be here for your future success all of us viewers.
I can’t get over just how awesome this is! The distorted way the demoman screams “freedom” sends chills down my spine in the best way. Very creepy indeed. Some of the best monsters I’ve seen in tf2 films.
I would like to say, I got the notification for when this was uploaded. And safe to say, kinda lost my shit. I really enjoy your Scratched Universe series as its really well animated and the time it takes you tells me that I myself in my process of learning art, have a very long way to go. And your animations allow me to enjoy some really good stuff. I wanna commend you for the amount detail in the work you make. The pyro’s eyes in the pod were instantly recognizable, and the fight between Heavy and Soldier was incredible. The way everything was laid out was amazing, and has me craving more. Keep up the good work!
Absolutely wonderful writing from beginning to end. The animations for each emotion is really spot on too, makes them seem more real. Still baffled that this series started from some weird animation, and evolved into this stunning piece of art. All in tf2 as well. You have massive potential.
when i saw what happened at 46:54 i have a little theory everytime this happens (also in episode 6) in my opinion its the manifestation of his pain and regret about not being able to do anything for the the one appearing and when it fades at 47:21 could mark that he stopped regretting what happened and just move on to help more then ever
I have a theory on this and its about the " new soldier " we see in this episode I believe that he is the same soldier as episode one's soldier that gets into this episode because of some of the scenes inside of this episode and episode one scene one: 29:45 is where the new soldier sees the old soldier and thinks good times witch could be him thinking about his times in the V.A.C or they are the same scene two: 38:54 which is where the new soldier heals his wound just like how the old soldier did in episode one when he died but I guess kias doing but that is also a good point on something why do they both have kia which would not make alot of sense sense only heavy guy has crush i do believe in thing theory but i could see why it is wrong Edit: his character could also be a jojo reference i never watched it so idk
@@bloodfallenevileye5688 oh Heavy Guy is reference and inspired to Jotaro his stand Crush is like Star Plantinum but Crush Ability is different to Star cuz Star ability is fast precision strength (Super Speed and Strength) and World Time Stop but Crush is somewhat similar to Kenshiro Hokuto Shinken ability same like to Heavy Guy got provoked by Scunt Fragger in Ep 5
This one was great, the facial animations were on point and I love the dynamic with the Heavy and Soldier and the little breaks in the episode with the trio really helped the pacing, I loved that we got introduced to some sort of “ Lieutenant” I wonder if the thing is watching the “Lieutenant” and his squad at 44:47 is the observer, it shaped similarly and I wonder if it is working with the Vac team or if it is in a 3rd/4th team
After seeing this video, I went back to watch the other 4 vids you made on this, and so far, each one is an improvement of the other and the story itself is amazing, a mix of horror, action, and comedic relief
I don't know what to say about this, it just makes me broaden one's horizon,I've been looking forward to it for a long time,it really didn't let me down.Waiting for the EP:05 :3
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS AND ITS FINALLY HERE, i love this channel, its artwork and everything in the scratched universe series due to it all having backstory, and many sacrifices such as the demoman from episode 2, death by the medic while being controlled by the evil spy, all of your work is amizing. I with you the best of luck in all of your other videos!
As usual, you uphold the great standing of this series and it has gotten so good! Absolutely look forward to the next one but definitely take enough time off for yourself because you absolutely deserve it! Good luck with your next Fnaf episode in the near future!
This is honestly one of the best sfm's I have seen in a very very very long time. I would even believe its up there next to End of the Line. I found out about this from Wrath2405, and if I didnt see that, I never wouldve seen this amazing work of art. Keep up the amazing work. Really looking forward to part 5.
now if only people IRL were like the VAC scout in the mask. fucking helping them get back on their feet before they fully fall onto their asses trying to find a new job, hell, people in the military "get" that, but actually "don't get that" and usually just get told to "deal with it, we can't help" n such, from what I've heard, and seen. but yeah, loving these characters, loving the good feel from each of htem, and their personalities. you/yall put a LOT of work and love into this series, and make sure the characters aren't some just, cookie cutter protags/antags, or generic "tf2" characters, they feel like actual people in "their universe". not only that, the work with the voices and Im assuming with atleast the VAC scout, voice ACTING, is amazingly well done, not over the top, not over done, not underdone or half assed. it feels real, like who ever voices the VAC scout helping fixer and jumpsuit with their stuff,(if its a voice actor, if its one of those AI voices, then props on making it sound entirely real lol) actually sounds like someone trying not only to do their job, but be a good person and help Fixer and his two other friends. Fixer himself, with throughout this series already, feels like someone who's real, during the past episodes, him being AFRAID, and not shooting immediately, twitching out of fear/anger, him trying to hold it together. just...everything feels good. Jumpsuit? he's unique definitely, IDK if theres something he's from initially, or is just a character for this series, but he feels ESTABLISHED, especially with VAC scouts interactions with him, talking about last episode how slashers like him can change and all that. he feels like he's actually a person thats lived a while and done stuff, and has a past, and it made me look at the channel to see if hes from something else, but nah, he's so established,(in fact they all are it feels like) in this universe and the series, it feels like I'm missing stuff about him, and that he's an old character thats been around for a while. kinda like when you go somewhere for a while, and you find this person everyone knows and talks about as a friend, and they've been around the block, but your new in town or something. this WHOLE series has SO much fucking GOOD work put into it, as well as love too, that it just feels... well not even real, but "real" like how things SHOULD feel. like a "better than Real Life" kind of real. the characters as I said before, aren't cookie cutter protags/antags, they aren't throw aways, they aren't inserts that feel like they were made "for this series" but something like established characters/people who've ACTUALLY lived for a while. its just all good. so before I start REALLY repeating myself, I'm gonna stop here with this, its long enough as it is. have a good day / night yall, and I hope this series keeps going, noticed you said somewhere you're taking precautions to not burn yourself out on this series making it, and Im glad to have seen that, means this quality will continue, if not even improve, and you won't hate yourself making it XD! ***well, besides the usual editing issues people always have, but thats a different story lol***
From what I could tell, American Myth's abilities are being able to fight in mid to close range combat, specializing in mid with his weapons. The bullets are not visible and likely a manipulation of air pressure similar to stray cat (part 4), alternatively American Myth may also manifest a knife/brass knuckle to fight with an extremely high durability (as shown by Crush). One passive ability not quite mentioned that American Myth may have is a "survivor" like quirk where his user recovers physical damage at a high rate, despite wound type, just a thought. On the other hand we have Crush, easy A to S in power and low but decent potential. In combat Crush is high speed but close range, Star Platinum to be blunt, but that's the reference haha. Paired with Crush's size and high athletics, it can ALSO manipulat wind pressure but in bulk in the form of a heavy blast of wind caused by his hands after a full swing. Crush however is still tender, and can be harmed with weaponry and other abilities rather than being able to punch a bullet into dust on contact. The previous stands abilities are not too highlighted but obviously they have to do with Necromancy, and Prop Manipulation (Spawning, Ragdoll control, etc). The B.Bot's identity as a machine or self sustained stand is unknown.
*Punches Distorted Sniper* Ded. Lesson 1 of a Stand. Never do a jumpscare on a Stand User. Stand Users arent as cowardly or scared like FNAF Theorists or Game Theorists tend to show since Stand Users are much smarter and use their fists to beat their enemies than be scared. This is the way of Jojo's Bizzare Adventure.
Lesson 2. When in doubt of believing bullets dont work even if you are a stand user, strategy of using a stand is better when done with a smart plan than to go full out dying by utter stupidity. Notice how Heavy Guy was calm and collected when beating the idiot Distorted Sniper with only one punch. XD ;)
