I'm sorry but how can you show so much things on youtube ? It's destroying a profession ! And how can you do this technic so badly ? The way you're moving your left harm while dealing is terrible !
Very nice tutorial. I just started training this but maybe someone can help me. I often pull the card beneath the dealt card with it.. so it sticks out after I dealt the second card. I'm playing a lot with the pressure I'm holding the cards but cannot find the right spot
My problem is i always pull two cards from underneath the first one. I never actually deal two but it pulls the third card out of place and makes it had to square.
Hello from Australia! This is an exceptional and comprehensive tutorial, explained clearly, slowly and very well, in a way that is so easy to watch, follow and understand. I love your accent, too 😃😃😃
I hate borderless cards for magic all together. Diamond back (like 🐝) just don’t make sense for a magician for 100 reasons! I deft agree with him there
@@BeeEatingOrchid i kind of agree ,if youre playing at a table in a game then yeah i agree ,you should never necktie and wave your hands about , you are bettet off keeping the deck hand still and sailing the cards to each player ,but if your just showing joe laymen a little effect then i wouldnt worry too much
i have a huge and consistent problem and do not know how to solve it for a long period of time. When I do second deal, the third and sometimes forth cads go with second card which makes it look very fishy, and nobody tells in tutorials bout that!
I think it was Marlo who said second dealing is an exercise in controlling friction ,regardless of how you do it ,be it strikes or push off you're still controlling the top card and squeezing a card from underneath out .i first learned the push off and tho a more difficult deal i mastered it as best i could , one of my favourite things practise still ,
Thank You!! I have always thought that the Second Deal would be impossible in my clumsy fingers. You have given me hope. This is the best tutorial on the Second Deal I have ever seen.
I definitely recommend you checking out Houston curtis (aka 'kardsharp'). His tuto is great too. He is a pro cheat and has been "in the gambling circle" for many years.
@@CavanBooth1 really appreciate the response and I really liked your tutorial. I recently purchased Expert card technique and the second deal is what I been practicing so was great timing to see this. Would love to see bottom deal vid😉
@@CavanBooth1 sorry accidentally hit dislike on the comment but removed it. Yeah I hear you man. I wanna start my own your channel but don't feel qualified enough in cards to do so. Maybe in another 6months or so😉
Hey! I’ve been working on a routine and for the very last part I needed to deal the second card as the top. I watched two videos by the Russian Genius before I watched this one. This one blew his away. Your attention to detail and nuance in explaining this not only helped with the final part it helped me tighten up a few other things in the routine...THANX!!!
Something that these videos never seem to focus on is the "hinge card" sliding out of the padded thumb area when you move it. Do it with your non dealing hand and you'll see what I mean, the card pivot is really not an easy thing to get.
I said I won't use borderless cards to teach the move, and I don't recommend using borderless cards to learn the move, as it can be more difficult when starting out. I love using them when performing and actively encourage you to do so.
I'm holding the cards exactly how I would hold the cards for every single deal and every single card trick I ever perform. Why would I change my grip for the second deal??
Petr Chromcak I’m assuming you’re referring to Daniel Madison...one of the main things he teaches is that you must never change your grip when changing from fair dealing to deceptive dealing. It doesn’t matter if you’re bottom dealing, second dealing, Greek dealing, center dealing. Different finger positions make it easier to do the other examples I mentioned, but changing your grip in between your deal only draws suspicions.
