I wonder if this is why some people/children fidget etc when seated for long periods of time. An unconscious need to flex those muscles to get blood moving. I always get anxious and find myself doing stuff like this with my legs when I sit for long periods of time.

I've been doing it for just a few minutes and I feel so good man. I knew I had a bad circulation on legs for a while now, because I could feel them cold all the time, and this winter it was worse than ever. But now I can feel the blood flow through my legs and I don't feel them cold freeze anymore, actually I feel them pretty warm. THANKS A LOT

A video on your treadmill desk setup could be great since so many of us can't avoid deskwork for many hours. I wonder if there's a treadmill desk that can allow for sitting sometimes as well, since some types of computer work require sitting.

Soleus muscle contraction causes the veins to collapse, soleus muscle relaxation allows the veins to fill again. There are valves in the veins that keep the blood moving in one direction, towards the heart.

This is why I theorise that training claves directly stimulates a bowel movement and causes you to need to go to the toilet. Soleus very important, knew this instinctively and that something was up with that, tack sa mycket to my Nordic friend for the fringe research!

I know a way to do it that is not insanely boring like the way you're doing it because I do it naturally, or did it naturally, its like u rest on ur toes and you quite quicly put your legs up and down like u show and you feel it helps with feelings of restless legs, its much faster than what you did and your sole does not touch the ground
