I would love that! I’ve only been on the plan for 6 days and got the starter kit. Definitely some things I don’t care much for yet have a whole box of them. Checked out some “hacks” on RU-vid which will hopefully help make them more tasty.
I have tried every diet imaginable and I love Optavia ….it is amazing the food is good but the ease of it is a bonus for me ! In 80 days I lost 42pds… I feel wonderful I have 60 more to go and I know I will forever be grateful for Optavia.
I am a new coach and restarted the 5&1 plan… I just learned that the select fueling has less calories, and to stay away from the others till you get the weight off. I’m glad I know that, and wish my coaches told me.
On about week 12 and lost 20 pounds!! They should have a rating system on what flavors and fuelings are best. The cheese flavors, puddings and oatmeal are really bad!! Rating 1 - 5 ( 1* ). The bars are the best ( 5* ) Potatoes and meals ( 3* )
I just started 4 days ago and lost 4 pounds. So excited nothing ever worked before. To me the drinking a lot of water and eating every two 1/2-3 hours works for me. I’m not even on the full program have 2 bought fuelings a day and then eat something small for the next 3 times and a lean and green meal.
Why must these fuelings rip our insides apart? I used to think they were good but now I am wondering if being on this plan is doing more harm than good. I haven’t lost any weight lately anyway, and I am wondering if it is all even worth it.
Love the five and one planned because it works. When I was on it some years ago, I lost a lot of hair on the plan. I called nutritional support and they said that was normal with a reduce calorie diet. I want to start the five and one plan again, but I am afraid of going down the road of losing hair again. Can you recommend anything whatsoever that can help reduce that side effect for some of us?
Any comments on how gassy these fuelings make you? I love the ease of use, but can’t use most of them due to how gassy they make you. It doesn’t go away with time.
I know this post is old but I was actually thinking the exact opposite normally have a lot of stomach issues but then again I can only eat the gluten free options since I’m allergic to it. If you are still on it maybe keep to the gluten free options to see if maybe that is what effecting you?
