If you are earning shit wage and the manager doesn't wanna pay you more cus XYZ reasons, I would look for another job that is wiling to pay what you are worth (Especially working for 7 years). No I'm a WA resident. As far as the girl goes, it came to the point she'd wasted enough of my time. Was going to drive 3hrs to see her and she messaged at 11pm the night before to cancel. So the lesson I'm taking from this is to not waste any more time with her. I recognize my worth and the value of my time. The partner I'd want would respect my time. So no hard feelings. She's just not for me.
