This is the best stamina food.
It's great for keeping your appetite up and preventing summer fatigue.
Ingredients] (1 to 2 servings)
150 to 200g liver
1/2 bunch chives
100 g bean sprouts
1 garlic clove
1 piece of ginger
1/2 teaspoon soy bean sauce
potato starch
lard
Seasoning
2 pinches salt
A pinch of white pepper
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 teaspoon soy sauce
About 1.5 tablespoons potato starch
Tare (sauce)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon rice wine
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons water
1/3 teaspoon Chinese paste
1 teaspoon chicken broth
2 sprinkles ajinomoto
Recipe
1) Cut liver into bite-sized pieces.
2) Season liver with salt and pepper, soy sauce and sake.
(3) Make the sauce.
Cut chives into thin strips. Finely chop garlic and ginger.
Grill the liver over low to medium heat. When both sides are browned, remove the liver from the pan.
⑥Fry garlic, ginger and soy bean sauce over low heat to release their aroma.
(7) Add the sauce and when it comes to a boil, add the bean sprouts and the removed liver and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
Add the chives and stir, then add the potato starch and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
