This is the authentic way in making the handmade wrapper as i've seen it was the same way being made in public market(imagine it being cooked like a pancake in a stainless steel with wide and flat base). Just the hard part are getting the right stickiness of the dough and tedious putting of the dough in the pan(u have to be fast to make sure its not thick)
Can do another way..if increase a bit more water and use the pancake tool to make it .. could be fun for kids or adults doing it while watching TV ..🤣🤣

Thanks for this video Chef! Hindi ko kaya yung gamit yung kamay kaya ginamitan ko na lang ng spatula pero ok pa din naman po ang resulta. 😋 Napakahirap gawin pero sulit naman po kasi mas masarap at iba talaga ang lasa kapag ganyang wrapper ang gamit sa lumpiang shanghai.
My Filipino boyfriend tried lots of time to make his Spring roll wrapper perfect but we still couldn't figure it out, it often too thin and thick wrapper😅 but his homemade Spring roll is underrated! It's sooo crispy and tasty! Ground beef with cheese, carrots and other stuffs. 😋
