So my niche is realtors and It is easier getting their email. Should I send out cold emails instead of cold calling?

Hey guys! Robb and Jordan, would you say, during the time of this pandemic, it will be a golden opportunity to reach out to businesses in the online sector or would you say they’ll be pessimistic to market now?

Should I hire a High Ticket Closer or someone to do the pitching/calling/talking for me? My weak point is calling businesses and pitching my services. After that cold outreach, I'm comfortable going in and doing the rest. I'm thinking about doing Local first. Also, are you guys talking about doing a cold outreach via emails?

For realtors, how much of an increase in leads should you tell them?

I see that I am not doing enough appointment setups. The video was helpful. I am spending time with businesses actively looking for lead generation. I create a video intro for their business and I narrate it with a digital avatar. I do this instead of a watermark to control the copy of the digital asset. I then upload it to RU-vid and use it as part of my presentation and prop to pull their stakeholders in my direction for the work they need. This is new and I have started doing it. I have a digital Avatar and chatbox to offer businesses on their websites to engage with the traffic that SMM brought them. This is my rounded marketing plan for online marketing. I need you to clarify the Cash Collected per Connected Call. What this figure for the matrix? I didn't see a percentage for this rate like the other 3 matrix values. I understand it is based on each paying client and it had to be 40% or greater for the Cash Collected matrix in step 3. Can you explain further this value to be profitable? Is this just the fact that you take in these monies from the clients based on contracts like clockwork to maintain the viable business and the sales program. Very helpful video thank you guys for your effort. I got a small inquiry. I am based in Saudi Arabia, however I prefer to work with businesses in the UK. I decided to choose car dealerships and auto detailing as my niche. I spoke to less than 100 businesses and I succeeded in convincing three of those to run ads for them (For the first time, I offer my services for free in return I ask for a video testimonial) . As I run FB Ads, I prefer to go for lead generation as my marketing objective. I brought 7 leads for the first two businesses and 10 for the third one. However, later I discovered that they were not serious (they did not call the people I sent them). They wasted my time, effort and money. They don’t bother to reply to my messages even. From your experiences what do you guys recommend me to do in this case? I would really appreciate it. PS: I always explain to the business, that I am responsible for bringing clients and not closing them.
