My Mom loves butter chicken so will try this recipe next time I never knew to use onions was wrong but after you explained it made perfect sense thanks for sharing my friend have a good day.
Wonderful! I'm sure your mom will love it! Glad you learned something! No hit against onions, but they just don't belong in butter chicken haha let me know how it goes!
I’ve heard so much about butter chicken, I’ve never had it. But it looks so delicious’ and so glad you explained the rules cuz I’d want to do it authentically
Yeah!! I do hope you give this a try! I really cringe when I see ghee or turmeric used in butter chicken! Why use ghee? It's BUTTER chicken!! If you have any questions let me know, happy to help!

Anadi this looks amazing. My mouth is watering watching you make this recipe. I absolutely love butter chicken, but have never made it. Definitely a keeper
To each their own! Thanks a lot, the idea is that this is restaurant-style haha but of course the beauty of cooking is to customize however you want! Just trying to share an authentic recipe today!
One of my favorite Indian dishes, I must say I'm using onions although I know it's not traditional, but I liked the caramelized flavor after testing multiple recipes. Great video, to the point and very well explained!

Your versatile ingredients selection in making this incredible Butter Chicken is mind-blowing and serves choice for all individuals, buttery/creamy sauce and the chicken go in for an ultimate mix for this BUTTER CHICKEN and it’s not a lie😂. Keep up your passion!! Great job 👏
This looks SO good! Love the list of ground rules you provide at the beginning. I've got to be honest though, it will take great restraint not to use an onion!😂 Also great tip on how to grill the chicken in the oven. Thanks for sharing!
Butter chicken is one of the dishes I miss the most since I had to give up dairy! This looks incredible and I'll be sharing your recipe with family members who love butter chicken! Great tip about adding water to the baking sheet as the chicken cooks. Really loved the clear instructions you gave for each step of this recipe. Great video! 😊

@@CookingwithAnadi What is the difference between BUTTER CHICKEN and CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA? I thought butter chicken was cooked IN the sauce and tikka masala was marinated, broiled, then added to the sauce...

Ooooohhhhh.....that looks super delicious with all the flavours there. And the chicken is so beautifully cooked. I’ll take a big bowl and sit somewhere quietly to enjoy it 😃 Liked
This dish looks AMAZING! I love the sauce you made. Thanks for the information about the mace spice. OMG what a great idea to add water to the pan. I have ruined so many pans! Great tip to strain the paste and the type of cream you use. I normally use heavy cream, so I will try the less heavy. Great video and recipe! Thank you! 🌺😊🌸
Great butter Chicken Recipe. A lot of people think that Indian food has to be spicy, but it's not true. Spice levels can be chosen, but the flavor profile remains the same...Delicious! Happy Cooking, UB
This was seriously amazing, I made it tonight. The chicken was marinated for around 20 hours and absolutely sublime. I ended up using Kashmiri chilli powder for the marinade and I didn't find it too hot. The Deggi Mirch still has a fair kick and my daughter good barely handle it. We diluted hers with alot more cream and it was still really nice. I've tried a few recipes for Makhani and this is by far the best, such a complex blend of flavours. Thank you so much!
oh yes, the longer the marination the better for sure! Good substitute with Kashmiri mirch, not a bad option at all! Of course you can dilute with cream, you could also add more honey to offset the heat. Thanks a lot for the kind words! I'm glad you gave this a try and thanks so much for sharing your feedback! You really made my day! Let me know if there's anything else you want to see!
These is absolutely delicious Butter Chicken is always the best. The secret to this is the spices buried in this dish it so mouthwatering. Thank for sharing dear friend .Always be here supporting you.😊
Couple quick questions... Is kashmiri chili powder ok to use? Also, I don't see a recipe linked for the marinade and instructions. Am I just not seeing it? It's crazy how different other's make this. I searched for an authentic recipe on here and found you! ❤

Yes, an Indian store should have them, it's also known as "kasoori methi." ! I've also linked "Kasoori methi" in the description box, so you can look there!
No onions? Hmmm. I have seen videos adding those ingredients you say not to use so that is just crazy!! Great video as always!! I did not know that about mace. Interesting. I’m vegetarian. Do you think I could make this with tofu. Or maybe paneer?
Glad you learned something! And yes, go for paneer all the way! Paneer makhani is one of my all-time favourite vegetarian dishes and it's the perfect substitute! I don't have a video recipe for it yet but I do have the written version on my website, link in the description box! If you have any questions let me know and let me know if you'd like to see a video for it! Thank you so much and have a great weekend!
