Till now I thought, breath has link to only emotions, but now realized breath has connection with almost all aspects of body and mind. Ever grateful to Gurudev for giving this knowledge in such simple terms 🙏🙏🙏

Two generations before, every village knew this. This is not Pranayama. It is Swara Chintamani in Tamil. With the breath flowing in the nostril, left or right, they advice which tasks to perform- physical, mental and spiritual. Even one can predict which child will be born - based on breath flow of nostrils in men and women during copulation.

Spin around, like a whirling dervish, clockwise (yang in the northern hemisphere/yin in the southern hemisphere) or counterclockwise (yin in the northern hemisphere/yang in the southern hemisphere). Those having heart issues, high blood pressure, hyperthyroid metabolic or even difficulty breathing/catching breath are better off preserving the prana/slowing metabolism by sleeping and relaxing more on the right side more until the condition is more stable.
