Saw this and ran to buy instant coffee. Word to Amateurs: NOT ABANDON THE COOKING MIXTURE. I decided to multitask and my mixture burnt and got lumpy. I had to stop and sieve it. Worse, I don't own a nonstick pan so there's some sticking. It was still very grainy and not as glossy as in the recipe but I am shocked that it still came together and it TASTES AMAZING. It is cooling as I type this but I realized I didn't oil the aluminium foil (don't have parchment paper 😭) and everything has stuck. Send prayers 😢🤣🤣😂. First time for everything. Totally love this and will repeat it when FULLY prepared. 😅 Also, ADD A PINCH OF SALT.
