Hello Jspark , I have a problem. Although I study well and always get first ranks, I always care about others, even if I try to ignore it. However, my psychological state is miserable. I do well in some subjects even though I study every day, but I always feel stressed and even anxious. Although I have studied well and I am afraid that this will affect me, because at the end of this year I have a big exam and I do not think that I will prepare for it well because of my psychological state. bro ik what you mean, but as you grow, you'll soon be able to forget about others and focus on yourself, because at the end of the day, you're doing it for you and not someone else. take some rest days and dont study too hard to the point of stress, find something relaxing to do, like music or sports
It'll all be okay. It's okay to spend some days not studying too. Just take an objective look at yourself and if you don't really have anything to study, then it's okay. It's okay to take a break. Acting on your impulses can get you pretty fired up. Trying a new recipe you suddenly thought of, writing down ideas, it's like you get a sudden burst of energy and happiness that you can't control, and you're all giddy. Just remember things might not go as planned, but it's the happy rush that's the point, your goal, not the end result of the sugar high. If you keep that in mind from the start, you should be a right. It'll also get much easier with time, the more you do it. I believe in you, because I believe that almost anything is possible. (Except things that God has already told us won't happen.) Have a good one.
