That's clearly paint damage... I take it you've never wrapped a car before? An air bubble wouldn't have that much texture to it. It would look more like a pimple than a rock.
So many critiques in the comments. We both know camera quality doesn't even normally pick up errors anyway, lol. The bump was already damaged paint, and the cut was clean.
Bubble is the least of your worries, you gotta relax that vinyl around the edges else its gonna start fingering and pulling back as soon as it get out in the sun
