For instance wall sits are isometrics, theres two main kinds, one is where you are doing a movement against an unmoveable object pretty much, another Is where you have to stabilize it in order to stay steady- like wall sits, chinup holds and so on. Chin-ups and dips are a form of calesthenics (essentially body weight exercises)
