When you send in a product to get authenticated do we need to send in anything on our part like pictures of someone signing something or if we bought it online Thur a website we got it from like a receipt from the website? I have read some reviews of people getting something signed they also send in pictures but then when they get there items back psa says it can't be authenticated. Hi Michael - simply send in the item itself, along with a completed submission form. Nothing else is required, as we review the signature based solely on its physical characteristics and merits. Here's more info: www.psacard.com/services/autographauthentication/

Hi HarryC - this is an update to a previously uploaded video. Sorry that it alerted you to being 'new.' But yes, we agree - we need more new videos. Keep an eye out for a new weekly series that we're working on that will answer collector questions and provide other collecting insights.
