I'm a big fan of PSA, Ryan Hoge, the PSA Vault, and the new PSA eBay store. Ryan mentioned the PSA Store on eBay has a 100% feedback. This is because they have the ability to remove negative feedback. I've purchased 7 items from the PSA Store and left positive feedback for 6 of the 7 transactions. I felt the need to leave a thoughtful, negative review for one of the items because PSA hadn't transferred the card to my PSA Vault account after several days. The next day, my negative review was gone and the PSA Store returned to having 0 negative reviews. Easy as that. It's been over a month now and PSA still hasn't fixed their issue; the $150+ card still is not in my PSA Vault account... but fortunately they say they're working on it. I still bid and buy from the PSA Store but their customer service and tech support teams must still be off for the National.
