I love mine, I converted it to brushless with select fire and a screen. The neutron is an amazing piece of tech. The hummingbird is quickly becoming my favorite blaster. It is unbelievably compact and solid.
i bought one myself and it arrived a week ago. it’s beautiful! i’m trying to figure out if worker gen3 or bamboo darts work best. but man, what a work of art that kicks butt. so glad I got it. and as you said, I paired it with a Nightingale. awesome review
@@michaelsolberg3330 took 2-3 weeks if i remember right. i’d also order an extra bag of pins/ fasteners (available on the website store) as sometimes those pins can wiggle loose
This form factor with select fire, even if it was just semi auto and full auto would be wild. I don't think my trigger finger could handle having access to that rate of fire at all times!
What's stopping anyone from just not attaching the buffer tube? I feel like it wouldn't be too terribly difficult to modify the cage for smaller flywheels to lower the profile and then you have a Kestrel update.
would love to see a mod to add support for nightingale mags, I currently have 4 that only see use in my nightingale. I love the size and feel of them compared to regular angled talons and if it can support both that would be even better
Luke, my plunger head on my proud papa broke and you don’t have a replacement part. what should I do? because I don’t wanna spend 20 or $28 to get a replacement. Though when it was working I loved it.
Printing that barrel at a 45* angle with no supports sucked. Even with painted on supports in prusaslicer on a mk3s+ I can't get it perfect. Other than that, printing was smooth. No reviews have shown how the rail and buttstock slide on. I thought that was the most impressive design aspect. Timmy must be an engineer. I still need to assemble it though.
I know zero about moddin blasters, but it occurs to me you could make the stock a magazine as well. Maybe a valve to select which direction the feed comes from?
Doesn't the Momentum use straight talons at an angle? How come that isn't a problem for that blaster? Also, because of the way the full auto works in this blaster, it is insanely easy to wire in a select fire switch.
You can direct wire the solenoid to the flywheel circuit and go dakka all day. My gryphon is semi auto solenoid and It feels like an arcade cabinet game like Terminator 2.
We just bought one, and are ready to test it at one of the next games! No guarantees if or when we will do a video, but nevertheless we're excited to check it out.
