Loved the live. I’m caregiver for my husband and can’t be away from home for any length of time. I walked into my sewing center, tried out a Janome and purchased it…was back home in 30 minutes. Went back to the sewing center in the afternoon for a super short lesson (how to turn it on) and thanks to RU-vid have keep discovering new features. Big change from my $100. Brother that I purchased long ago on Amazon!

I like the Brother machines ….my first was a Kenmore from Sears however it’s an embroidery /sewer and needs to repair and no one here to do it….just needs fuse….I am going to take it apart myself…

Everyone has their machines they like. And learning to take your own machine apart is always a useful skill! Mine are still under warranty, so I'm not about to attempt it yet.

I was a manager at sears for 27 years ,so most of my appliances were Kenmore….lol

my local machine store does trade-ins...sometimes thousands off a new machine...the trade-in doesnt have to be anything recent or new...you can get something from a thrift store that doesnt even work and trade it in...

Sewing machines don't depreciate as fast as a car, so trade-ins are always awesome.
