Thank you for this vid. I've been gapping my blades in different ways over the years but I've never stood in front of the window for the best lighting. Blessings.
I like to set my blade manually also. After I manually set my blade I put my pointer finger parallel to and behind the still blade to create more contrast to see how well I zero gapped it.
Money! Only difference is I put the silver Super Motor trimmer blade on mine because I don't like gold. To test if it's too sharp I like to use the inner part of my forearm closer to the bend of my elbow because that's more sensitive soft skin, IMO.
Hi. Do you still believe this is the BEST setup, present day? Also, what about this setup compared to the newer Stylecraft Saber trimmer? Which is better between the two, and why? Thank you very much.
Am about to get babyliss pro fx 773nmb. Should I assumed i don't need all this adjustment or gapping for the blade? B) Do you happens to know the dimension for the trimmer
Bro I just bought the andis gtx exo and trying it out the box destroyed my neck and even afther zero gaping it did but a but less any idea as to what can I do? Any input would be appreciated
@@kikado3 yeah thats what going to do but then again I hope it doesn't defeat the purpose because I pad 200 lol to have a line closer to blade as possible. But thanks man.
@@claudiog713 I ended up pulling the blades a bit back they are not going to work as good as zero gaping but it's pretty close. Just play with the blades see what works for you they haven't cut me no more afther that
