Oh my god, I found your channel when I watched a video about the construction of a cave with translation into Russian. When showing your bunker, I thought you were a genius. And now I am absolutely convinced of this
One tip, early on when when placing the floor triangles that touches to the 3x3 you say that if you can place them all the floorstack works. I had a situation in wich i could place them all, so i thought it was all fine. Then later on in the build i discovered that when i wanted to place the doorframes on those floortriangles that i couldnt place them on 2 oposite sides. So 2 sides (North/South) yes, (East/West) not. So when you do the floorstacking, then first raise a twig wall on the 3x3 and first test on those floortriangles if it is possible to place a doorframe on each one of them. I think when clicking on the mouse button (When placing the 2nd triangle when you do the floorstack at the start) it is still possible to move the mouse slightly and this causes a rotation thus messing up the floorstacking. Took me a night practise but can do it now pretty consistently knowing what to look for. Just finished it, not a easy build thus the more satisfying when finished. :)
Appreciate it! Might want to make some solo / smaller base designs in the future although my content is mostly based around my own experience and I only want to bring bases to the public if I actually have successfully used them myself.
Been wanting to build this but as a newbie this is too advance for me lol i'm still learning about that foundation placements, still haven't got it to work... Sad..
Hey this is something I do idk you could see if you like it, but under the wide gaps I put a layer of triangle peaks which give smaller sight for enemies
Is there a trick to replacing the fourth floor doors in the floor stacked area? Ive been spamming and so far the only door I can get to place after floor stacking is the garagie for the jump from 3rd-4th floor
you can make this base but without floorstack its no need i often explore different base designs and change them to my liking so i can build for my duo and me:)
